Panchita's Kitchen & Bakery — Restaurant in San Diego

THIS MORNING WAS THE VERY FIRST TIME THAT WENT TO THIS BAKERY AND WE ORDERED 2 BACON,EGG AND POTATO BURRITOS BUT BEFORE WE ORDER THEM I CHECKED ON GOOGLE THE MENU AND I SAW THAT THE PRICE WAS $7.75 BUT WHEN WE PLACED OUR ORDER THE BURRITOS CAME OUT TO BE $9.25 PER BURRITO SO FOR BOTH BURRITOS WE PAID $19.93 WITH TAX THE BURRITOS WERE EXCELLENT, MADE TO ORDER SALSAS WERE GREAT,SO YOU MAY ASK WHY DID I GAVE ONLY 1 ⭐️ STAR? IT WAS FOR THE FACT THAT WHEN I CALLED 📞 TO TALK TO THE MANAGER TO CONGRATULATE THEM SHE ONLY HEARD THAT EVEN THOUGH EVERYTHING WAS GREAT THE LAST PART OF THE BURRITO WAS DRIPING OF GREASE LIKE IN THE PICTURE AND THE WORDS OF THE EMPLOYEE THAT SAID SHE WAS THE MANAGER WERE THAT SHE WAS BEHIND HER PRODUCT SO I TOLD HER THAT SHE DIDENT HAD TO DEFEND HER SELF OR THE BUSINESS THAT THIS WAS A COMENT FROM A CUSTOMER BUT SHE DIDENT WANT TO HEAR THAT PART OF MY COMMENT, SHE DID NOT WANTED TO GIVE ME HER NAME SHE SAID THAT THEY DID NOT GIVE THEIR NAMES I COULD SEE THAT SHE WAS NOT THE REAL MANAGER OR IF SHE WAS SHE MUST HAVE BEEN IN TRAINING, SO MY WHOLE REASON FOR GIVING THEM THAT LONLY 1⭐️ ITS BECAUSE OF THE ATTITUDE OF THAT MANAGER WANNABE, A WORD FROM THE WISE, WHEN THEY GIVE YOU A PRAISE TAKE IT AND SAY THANK YOU AND ALSO SAY THAT YOU WILL LOOK 👀 INTO THAT AND !!!! When it comes to quick, convenient, and downright delicious Mexican food, Panchitas is my all-time favorite. I've been a loyal fan for nearly five years, and my go-to orders are their breakfast burritos. The drive-thru service is a cherry on top, making those busy mornings a whole lot easier.

Now, let's talk burritos. The Chorizo Papa burrito is my soulmate. It's the perfect blend of chorizo, potatoes, and eggs all wrapped up snugly in a tortilla. And when I'm feeling extra hungry, I dive into the Barbacoa burrito with eggs and potatoes - a real breakfast powerhouse.

But don't get me wrong; it's not just about breakfast. Panchitas nails the Carne Asada burritos and their Carne Asada fries are the stuff of dreams. They use steak wedges that are high-quality and mouthwateringly good. The star of these two items is definitely the juicy, tasty, high-quality steak. This is one of my favorites in my area. If you come here, please note that this is not "Fast Food" (they say so on their sign, but it's easy to miss). They pride themselves on their quality and do not cut corners when preparing their food, so please be prepared to wait for your food to be prepared. Their service is always friendly though, so I always have a great experience.

Their food is obviously the star here. They have a huge selection of pan dulce (Mexican sweet bread) as well as savory empanadas (they're literally all delicious, but the Panchita empanda is my favorite), and tons of Mexican favorites like burritos, tacos, quesadillas, fries, nachos, dinner plates, etc. Their molletes (open faced sandwhich on rolls with refried beans, salsa, cheese, and other toppings) are phenomenal! I highly recommend these. They also have great pan dulce. My favorites are the oreja (palmier) and the riel queso crema (cream cheese bar).
