I had high hopes for this place seeing someone I knew had highly rated it. Sad to say I don’t have the same sentiment. I placed a take out order and when I went in to pick up, the lady at the register was busy typing something on the screen. She didn’t acknowledge me, no “hi” or “I’ll be right with you”. I stood there for a couple of minutes awkwardly shuffling my feet. It’s not like she didn’t notice me- there was literally no one else in there at the time. The bahn me was just ok. The ingredients seem fresh enough except the bread. It was so hard. I’m thinking it was day old bread. Maybe the trick is to come later in the day? I always try the spring rolls at any new bahn mi place and I was disappointed. The peanut sauce has an off putting chemical taste and lettuce is rolled in a way to make the rolls look like they have volume. When you pick one up you can feel there isn’t much in there. Overall, I wouldn’t mind trying this place out again but wouldn’t seek it out. I still prefer cali baguette over Paris. The pros of this place is that it’s more centrally located on MM and the prices...
Read moreThis is one of the best Bahn mi spots in Mira Mesa and there are a few! This is definitely my new go-to spot when I'm looking to get a good Vietnamese style sandwich. The bread🥖 is so fresh that people will come in just for that! When you the older generation showing up there in high numbers and hanging out, you know you're at the right spot. I tried one of the side puff pastry filled with chicken and it was a great addition to my meal! They even have croissants 🥐 and croissant sandwich option that look fresh and appetizing. I also gave the Vietnamese coffee ☕ a shot. It was good, but I like my cup filled to the top and the proportion was a little low. I still highly recommend going here and giving them your business because I'm sure they have something...

I gotta say, Banh Mi subs 😁
This is probably the fourth or 5th Banh Mi place I visited in the past 2 and 1/2 years I've been living here. Paris sandwiches is my favorite so far.
The bread, the meat, the veggies, all taste very fresh! And I think they do a very good job of balancing the meat with the pickled veggies.
We got the chicken and the pork banh mi's. Both were good but I felt the chicken was the winner. The chunky chicken was moist and added a good texture to the overall sandwich while the pork was the thin sliced kind.
The coffee was also very good. At $6.75 per sandwich, I'd say it's one of the best...
