Decided to finally make my review after debating if if I should write one or not about a week ago i ordered a family meal on Popeyes.com to be picked up at my nearest location i had already paid for the food with my debit card but after charging my debit card i did not receive any confirmation email or receipt from the app about my order i then proceed to call the location and they tell me they have no idea where my order is at and that I have to contact the support online which i tried explaining Iâve already tried doing so and no one is responding they did not care to even provide me with extra customer support information so I could actually speak to a human being and not a robot so I hung up & I decide to call my bank which they then tell me the only thing they can do is file a charge back and investigate my claims which could take up to 30 days at that point I was fed up and I just wanted my food as my children were also hungry so I asked the location if I could be compensated for my food in anyway since they charged my card and they just kept saying they canât help me and I have to contact someone online !! I received an email from them after about 4 days of me trying to get in contact with someone via email and they said I would have my refund in 5-10 business days and that the location should have known the system was having issues I wonât be spending my hard earned money here ever again ( anyway had to end up spending more money out of my pocket to make sure my kids got fed since Popeyes likes playing with their customers money ) glad I got my refund it was just an inconvenience to have to spend more money and wait almost two weeks for...
   Read moreThis is not the first time this has happened ordering from this specific store (the closest one to me) so I'm going to actually write a complaint this time and hope that it's considered and acted upon. Half of my main order entrees were wrong, the sauces I selected were also wrong, and there was not one single ketchup in the bag when I ordered a large fries. I ordered the New! 6pc Signature Signature Hot Wings with Black Ranch dipping sauce. Instead I received plain wings in a paper box with no wing sauce whatsoever, and I received Buttermilk Ranch instead of the Black Ranch. Whoever packed my order today was either high, is terrible at their only job - to get the clearly described order, printed on the receipt, correctly packed in the bag -, or maybe they just don't care to fix a wrong order before sending it out the door knowing that I will instead have to deal with Uber Eats' terrible customer service and have to fight to receive adequate "compensation" for my messed up order, which I paid a premium for to be delivered since I'm unable to get to Popeyes to get it in the first place, let alone return to get a problem fixed. It's a shame because I really do like your new wings, which are very delicious, crispy, and juicy with excellent sauces, so PLEASE fix your Quality Control process so that orders are appropriately checked to ensure correctness prior to stapling the bag shut...

Had a coupon code for family meal and add pie for free for order over 5$ but for some reason app and kiosk wasnât accepting code. I tried politely asking the lady up front when she had her back turned. I asked for help and her only response was Iâm not sure sir and turn back and continued what she was doing. I stood there and was like okay and you canât help me ? She just ignored me and continued packing orders. Even the guy next to me said yes sheâs no help and with his questions she was no help. She had no name tag so couldnât get her name. Bad customer service mind as well replace the workers with robots. Already replaced cashiers with kiosks. Most likely nothing will happen either. I see the âownersâ responses with all the bad reviews and their responses are no help. No please email us or contact us to make it right or anything like other places.
Update: hours later my family and i got food poisoning. Since it was really busy the chicken probably wasnât fully cooked and they just rushed everything out. Noticed some pieces...
