Rally's — Restaurant in San Diego

Reviewing a restaurant when you are hungry & fasting on Friday is never good. But, I will give it the 'ol college try! Walmart in general overwhelms me because I was treated so poorly at the Shawline Drive location recently, by Manager 'Coach Mann' but it has been 3+ weeks and I'm still processing the discriminatory behavior. More, on that dumpster fire 🔥 with the SD police, Lyft and a $15 safe cab ride later....

Aero Drive is like visiting my favorite eclectic celebrity rich Guncle...across the street from now defunct fryes technology store but the ghosts of all those techie nerds who lost all their $$$ playing uber violent video games still haunts the space like red light district/galaxy gaslamp downtown....

Expert Drivers: I15 exit right before Qualcomm from the mall is expansive! Please don't drive fast there are pedestrians & workers and MTS riders (me) from the city & surrounding areas who are darting around to Starbucks, Rubios and Vons.

Meal: I arrived originally hungry at 2:30ish pm, the manager easily identified me as a big girl trying to be plant based but slowly falling back into her fried ways. I eat Mediterranean style for color, but I'm a Midwestern/Southern girl so I want what I want, until you offer me better & cheaper & fresher! We settled on a double fish (pollock) with cheese and 5 spicy cheese sticks with marina dipping sauce. I'm sure I convinced her that extra jalapeños & onion rings were within my flexible diet plan...but she didn't judge me. She went to the back to personally cook the food, I liked that she listened to what I wanted and knew my limitations.

I lost my way a bit with the soda, if I'm going to burn thru calories it should be blended & frozen and fresh. Don't stare at the mixxy shake machine and try to make rallys into dairy queen, it is very/very close but they have slashes & smoothies not ice cream.. I think I settled on a lemonade, tropical fruit & sierra mist spritzer.. it was large & got me to do 3hours of power shopping 🛍 with busted back & borrowed...

No doubt the reviews for this store is so bad ! Came here and gave it a try again This was the worst fast food in this area! Do not go there !

First of all the customer services is super terrible ! Attitude is totally unacceptable. I didn’t feel any appreciation and received disrespectful comments from the cashier / supervisor Dominic. This supervisor did not honor the coupon we got from the store and then yelled at us and said “you can pay more or you leave, I do not have time for you”. We told him that the coupon did not mention the actual location which honoring the coupon and he yelled again at us and said we were fraud . We then asked his full name so we could file a complaint , he was then refused to provide his name. We asked him one more time again , he said “ go ahead “ , we once again asked him his last name and he said he didn’t have one. This was an unacceptable response, no apology and rude attitude towards customers .

My husband used the same coupon at the store and the coupon was accepted with no issues. When my husband came over to see what’s going on with the argument. This Dominic finally provided us his last name. We filed the complaint immediately.

The food we got was nasty!

Didn’t even stack right, McDonald’s tasted even better than this place ! Quality and quantity of food and the hassle we got from this store! Will never come...

I had a craving for mozzarella stix and buffalo wings. I was wonderfully amazed! The buffalo wings were fresh, hot, and I can see the steam off of the meat. The mozzarella stix were done perfectly! The quality of food was fresh and very filling. More importantly, Ess, who served me this morning was extremely nice, patient, and joyous. She volunteered to share with me how I would like the bones cooked, if I wanted certain sauces, and she shared with me as to how other customers perfer to have their wings done... she offered me great service (as well as the other staff members) and great suggestions on how to mix different sauces together in order to accomplish a certain tanginess, or sweet and sour taste. She was a breath of fresh when it came to customer service. I got the impression that she wants to make sure everyone enjoys their food which is rare nowadays to find a person like that in the...
