I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding a recent purchase I made at one of your locations. After consuming my drink, I was shocked to discover a foreign object at the bottom of the cup. I have attached a photo for your reference.

Finding this object in my drink was not only disturbing but also raised significant concerns about the safety and quality control measures at your establishment. As a loyal Starbucks customer, I expect the highest level of care and attention to detail, especially when it comes to food and beverage safety.

Ordered a vanilla cream cold brew around 7pm and got something else. I didn’t have time to correct the order since I was driving my kid to practice. The coffee was honestly bitter and I was looking for the sticker order details on my cup and it wasn’t on it to double check my order. I’m a big coffee drinker and sometimes I’ll have an afternoon pick me up I was honestly a bit disappointed. I went into this Starbucks about two weeks ago. I usually go through the drive thru. This time I decided to go inside and order a regular pike coffee. The person who took my order seemed really rushed (it was not that busy, plus they had a lot of staff) he served my drink really fast, gave it to me but didn’t ask or even suggest if I wanted to add cream or sugar.
