Good evening. I would like to start by saying yesterday evening around 6:40sh pm my husband and I ordered our usual which is two venti mocha frappuccinos. When we got to drive thru window and we received our frappuccinos, we tasted them and they tasted like plain crushed ice with bitter coco of some kind. We let the cashier know right away and handed her our drinks. We let her know they weren't done right, and she proceeded to give attitude. Even after we told her to please remake them because we come here frequently and order our usual and the two fraps did not taste right. Instead she gave us a dirty looks along with a terrible attitude, swinging her hands back and forth, putting half of her body out the drive thru window. She had horrible service and was very disrespectful calling me, a woman with grandchildren, a "girl" and "honey", disputing with us by telling me the drinks were made right and are okay. We told her try them you will see they taste like plain crushed ice, there was absolutely no taste. And with a bad attitude and mumbling, she finally took them back. The second time were done wrong again. I never experienced this awful service before or an awful drink. This place is very close to home therefore we come here, but the cashier GRACE was RUDE, ARROGANT, CONDESCENDING, CHILDISH, DISRESPECTFUL, ARGUMENTATIVE, with no reasons given whatsoever. GRACE the cashier needs to understand that by the way she conducts herself she chases customers to take their business elsewhere. Please check cameras and see for yourself. Read moreIf I could give this place no stars I really would. I come here often, (not anymore) due to the lack of them following instructions. I use to come here everyday for my venti Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Expresso until I was constantly having to get out of my car or go to a different location to have my drink remade. It’s extremely frustrating that I clearly tell them blonde shots and think they can get away with regular expresso shots the drink doesn’t even come with regular expresso it’s BLONDE. After I ask for only 3 blonde shots instead of 4 shots because that’s what it usually come with. I also offer to pay extra for more Oatmilk because they kept filling my venti cup with ice. I’ve complain to them often every time I had to get off my car and ask them to remake it and every time it clearly tastes different after doing so. Like they should had just carefully listened and made my drink right the first time. I’ve order this drink it’s actually my only go to drink to know the difference when it’s done right and when it’s not. Do not recommend this location they don’t follow instructions and it’s extremely time consuming having to drive to another location or even having to get off my car with a toddler to have it remade. Read moreToday was the worst dreadful service I have recieved at this starbucks. I spend hundreds of dollars here and today will be the last time. I asked for a a green tea latte, very light ice. Half my cup had ice? I tell the barista and with attitude she says, that is light ice. Its an ice drink and us as barista have a measure we have to follow. I explain I understood, but I did not pay for half a cup of ice. Rudely she took my drink, and remade it. She spoke to another coworker and slammed my drink on the counter as she gave it to me. Stating have a nice day! The drink had spilled over and was dripping of the sides. Very messy demeaner on her face. My hand was completly soaked holding my drink. I reached out to another barista, Michael, to please help me clean up my messy cup caused by his coworker. He was prompt and cleaned up the messy drink Jenna had provided me. Its people like Jenna, that should not hold a place in a customer service provider.
