One of the best places I have ever enjoyed. As I came forth towards the restaurant, the waiters, chefs, and other executive members of the establishment all greeted me with delight smiles and welcome arms. I placed my meal of an Epic Wings® Single Meal boneless and medium with special, delectable ranch dressing placed on the side of my order, all topped with delicious breadsticks and vegetables. The total order had levied me 25 of my finest doubloons, for the commoner, $13.27, a hefty price nonetheless, but I was willing to pay good money for good food. The food arrived, and I was absolutely astonished with the quality, the freshness, and the excellent plating the employees had granted onto my meal. You can tell they had taken extra time out of their lives to plate this perfectly, maybe they knew I was the world-renown Google Maps reviewer, Leonardo Gutierrez Gonzalez. As for the taste, it was one of the best chicken wings I have ever ingested into my mouth, esophagus, and eventually, stomach. The sauce, the ranch dressing, the breadsticks, all came together beautifully to completely bless my taste buds with an unmatched flavor never before consumed. Read moreToday 6/25 I ordered a meal for pick up to help save time. When I arrived I was helped by what I think may have been the manager or supervisor. I informed him that I was there to pick up my order but was a little early yet just wanted to let him know for when it was ready. He stepped away to help the kitchen. It was past my pick up time when I see a large bag being handed out to the clerk, I get up and tell her “I believe that’s my order, give her my name” she rudely answered “it’s not yours” I go sit down and continue to watch her work. I had noticed her giving poor customer service to others. She doesn’t smile, greet, say thanks you or anything that would demonstrate the bare minimum of customer service. 5 min go by and she reaches for the same bag I had referred to earlier and calls out my name. I tell her “ I asked you when you checked the bag if it was mine and you said no” she didn’t apologize or even acknowledge my words- the manager that was helping in the back looks over at me and says sorry. Employees are the reflection of management and it’s clear that this location needs someone with better leadership skills. I go to their website and says that this location does not have delivery available. Why mention the website if delivery isn't available for this location? So I go ahead and check on DoorDash, they do show up on the application. Now, while making the order, you can only choose one sauce for the family package and you cannot put any instructions on your order because it says that the location does not accept special instructions. I go ahead and place my order and call right away to let them know that I needed two different sauces for the order. After I explain the situation and give them the details of my order, the person that answered, tells me that he is going to "check and see if they can do that for me" and hangs up.
