Horrible horrible horrible.. Ordering from this location continues to be absolute garbage. I've been to other Panera Bread locations and I at least get what I pay for. Ordered and paid for a half sandwich with extra protein (chicken) and also a half salad with extra chicken. What I got was half of a half portion of a sandwich and barely a trace of chicken. Also the extra protein for salad was not included which I also paid for. These orders were through the app so I took my food and brought to the manager at the store. While at the store I showed the manager my receipt to verify the food I paid for. There was an immediate disagreement what half a sandwich size is. I showed her what was delivered which she said was correct. I showed her advertisement pictures from Panera site showing that the sandwich given was half of a half which she stated was correct. After clearly pointing out the difference there was an impasse so I left. This location has gone completely downhill and I suggest never ordering from the site or drive thru because every single time I'm always going back to get the items I've paid for that are missing...
Read moreThe food is very good. I ordered from the Kiosk and got a large iced tea. I went up to the front counter, one of the ladies looked at me but continued to speak with another employee. I waited patiently and finally she paid me attention. I explained that I ordered a large tea on the kiosk and just needed the cup. She asked from my phone number. I told I ordered as a "guest" so she said what's your email. I once again told I provided no information like that, I ordered as a guest. She then told me that in the future I should provide a "code" so I can get my drink. I asked where do I get that. She said from the Kiosk. It would send it to your email or phone. To which I said and if I don't provide that as a GUEST? She just stared at me.
Yep these are the people California is mandating we pay $20/hr. Guess I better start learning to cook. Hello...
Read moreTuesday, Aug 26th: I went to Panera Bread at 8:39 PM and found the lights off in the drive way. I pulled up and asked what time they closed as there was a lady in the window. The employee told me, “Whenever the drive-thru screen is off.”
I mentioned that their posted hours online say 9 PM and asked if they were closing earlier now. She hesitated and replied, “Technically yes, but we just close whenever we want to—usually around 8:15-8:30. Our kitchen is currently closed,” and then shut the window.
This is extremely frustrating. If the store isn’t open until 9 PM, the hours online should reflect that. I wasn’t looking for a full menu—just wanted to grab a few pastries for a work meeting. Instead, my time was wasted, and I’ll be taking my...
