I was recently dissappointed with my experience Saturday we ordered uber eats since we were sick I typically always drive or walk in and have been weekly customers since opening. I called chic fil a to advise to please add in Sauces to our order since app did not allow us to do manually. The worker that answered said absolutely will put in my order. Once received via uber eats. There was no sauce I called and spoke with Daniel and he apologized amd said next time to ask for him and he would give us a sandwich for inconvenience. I than called Monday and I spoke with a girl can't remember her name who said no we do not do that and we were given wrong info. And did nothing to fix or help the situation. She said daniel did not have the authority to advise us of this which i felt was rude at least he tried and apologized. She than turned call over to manager Christian as call was turned over I heard them laughing and Christian customer service was a zero! He said it's just sauces..?Sauces..?? Like that's what makes the meal and whether it was a missing soda or fry or sauce we are dedicated loyal customers who spend and chick fil a has high standards for customer service and expectations. Christian nor the girl who answered did not help and the attitude of just saying it's just sauce we don't replace or give meals cause of this. It's the principal we all make mistakes but fixing it is what you do of making it better. We drove to drive thru today and asked for Christian he was not there. Lalo who helped us with order stated is there anything I can help with being that Christian was not available and he did not know but we explained about our situation he was extremely helpful I give Lalo 20 stars for caring and still apologized on behalf of the error.    Read moreI wanted to update my review because unfortunately the service and speed is still not what I have come to expect from a chick fil a. I gave the restaurant the benefit of the doubt the first week assuming they were new at it and still working out the kinks however, today was the last time I think I will be going to this location for a while. I placed an order for curbside pick up, I arrived at the location and from the moment I arrived until I received my food (2 salads and chicken nuggets) it was 25 min. I would have been better off going to a different location because they always take this long when I do a pick up. I go to this location because of the convenience of it being close to where I live which I won't do anymore because it's not even worth it. On top of my order taking 25 min I received the incorrect dressing that I requested and didn't receive any silverware. Hopefully in a few months when I finally decide to go to and try this location it's improved drastically.
Old review From the first week of opening: I've gone the past 3 days in a row since they opened. I love the food and the great customers service. Everything was really good quality. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because today I ordered breakfast and I ordered a sausage egg and bacon muffin but they gave me a sausage egg and bacon biscuit by mistake.    Read moreOk. So itâs not just me. Been to this location several times. All manners of getting food are slow and inefficient and not in line with CFA standards. Last time I was here I placed a mobile order prior to arriving and selected curbside for pickup. After arriving and checking in, I sat in the car (with my two small kids) otherwise Iâd have run in and got it. This was around 20 minutes of waiting. Also didnât do drive thru thinking this would be quicker. Finally, I had to unload them and haul them inside to grab the food and decided to give feedback to the manager. I explained that my multiple times eating here there was issues with orders and efficiency and her response was âomg. We were just discussing that. How would you fix it?â
As a leader/manager I know several ways to fix it, but out of not being rude I simply said, thereâs a couple people standing around with a clear view to the cars parked for curbside. Her response was âoh but they canât leave this station or see out there.â I looked back and saw a clear line of sight to my car and bit my tongue at the excuse. Another fix would be for the managers standing around talking about how to fix it to get busy and expedite some orders.
