I came to this location because I needed to go to a nearby store. I had a coupon for "any 6-inch sandwich for $3.49". I asked for the California Club (which is described as a turkey sandwich with avocado)… They put 3 very small smears of avocado on it (about 1/4 of a smallish avocado). I did not get cheese (savings to them). I go to check out and the manager first said is was $3.49, then said "oops", and then OVERRODE the cash register to add $.75 for avocado! I said I thought it was for ANY sandwich, but she said avocado was "extra"... the sandwich is DESCRIBED that way on the menu!
It was my first time in that Subway. I didn't argue since it was the manager and it wasn't worth it for $.75, but they may have lost a customer, which is worth more than that! In addition to not understanding how the coupon is supposed to work, and the whole thing being pretty petty since we live in an area where an entire avocado is less than $1, the two women there seemed to be only going through the motions (cordial, but not very friendly). Read morePlaced an order online for a sandwich wrap. The online order said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Kind of long for a wrap, but no big deal. After 20 minutes I was notified that my order was ready. I showed up to the shop, and they aren't doing any business. I'm the only one there. I ask about my order and I'm told my order wasn't ready. In fact, it wasn't even started. Apparently they didn't hear the order come in? So I simply browsed my phone and waited around for them to make my wrap. Upon getting back home and taking out the wrap I find that it's poorly folded in the shape of a square (see picture). Really? We couldn't even get that part right? With all the places that make burritos around here, subway is apparently the only place that doesn't know how to fold a tortilla around food. I'll spend my money somewhere else...

Ate half as it’s all I had to eat and threw the other half away as it as not what I ordered and not good. Called subway to let them know, they said sorry but would not correct the error. Emailed subway and the restaurant, they acknowledged they made it wrong and that their customer service was sub-par (literally in writing, thanks Kevin) they also refused to make a new one the right way or provide a refund or partial refund. My family no longer eats at this location ever. So if they don’t make it right the first time just prepare to eat...
