Moving onto the food, my fiancee and I have been generally pleased with their offerings. We usually get wings and pizza and can confidently say their pizza is a step above dominos and little Cesar. I don't know if it's the area, but those other pizza chains don't deliver consistent pizza. We enjoy Pizza Hut and recently we had a negative experience. Nothing crazy, but I left feedback in the email they send after your order and they actually responded! Needless to say, that was a big plus for me. Customer service is everything these days and I feel confident that I will get consistent pizza from this location and that if I have any problems they will be addressed. Great job to the manager of this location for listening. That was huge. You've earned my continued trust and business. 🍕

Update: this location has the worst service. I'm sorry. My wife and I frequent here because it's local but they never make their time promises. Most recently we checked in, they said 10 minutes, and then I waited 30 minutes. I don't have a solution other than choose another location. Disappointed. We...

First of all, I am giving this 3 rates because the food was delicious. I ordered their "dinner special" which is a rectangle pizza (which is about the size of a small at other pizza joints), bread sticks, and cinnamon bread sticks. The pizza was cooked to perfection and the bread sticks were good. They were out of the cinnamon sticks but gave me their chocolate dunkers instead, which was fine by me.

When I first called, the gentleman who answered was talking very fast and had an accent so I couldn't understand a word he said. After a moment, I said "hello?" and was told I was going to get placed on hold, no problem. After about 25 seconds, I was greeted and my order taken. I was told that a driver would call before they delivered, since I had not ordered a delivery from them before.

I live around the side of the house and told the employee I would like to receive a phone call when the food got here, so I do not disturb the tenants above. 45 minutes later, I hear a knock on their front door, not my phone ringing, (He was walking to his car when I came outside). There was a obviously a lack of communication between the driver and other employee who took my call. Have the order ready in the time frame you estimate (mine was 25-35 minutes) not 10 minutes later. And have your employees park in the appropriate spaces, not in the 2 spaces in front of the restaurant that are parked for curbside pickup which I was there for and hard to park much further away.

I decided to try the location again on 12/19/2021 at 11:30am. I placed the curbside pickup order online, and for someone it did not take my card payment and stated someone would come out to receive the payment once I arrived. However, the rude and unprofessional on duty manager called once I checked in and stated I had to come into the restaurant to make payment then they would bring my food. I was not going in the store as I wanted the delicious pizza but I did not want to enter the store my reasons and the website stated an staff member would come receive the money. I hung up and called back to which I was told that I was to come in to pay since the pizza was still in the oven. I will just state that I cancelled the order and went to Domino's...
