Wingstop — Restaurant in San Diego

Manager is really polite, however I always have problems when I come to this location. My order is never ready even when I take my time getting here. I feel if you show any disappointment in not getting great service, the workers act kind of rude and it shows through the food (being cold, burnt). I can no longer support this establishment in my community.

Update: 11/21/2021 When someone shows you their true colors the first time believe them, this is my second review and while I should’ve learned my lesson the first time, I was craving Wingstop and of course had a bad experience at this location. It seems that management has changed but the attitude in the environment has not. My order was incorrect, I let (possibly) the manager know and she peeked her head in the bag and asked me did I checked the entire bag…Ma’am, I am not hard up for free ranch. I usually order an additional one for my salads during the week and I had to tell her that I had two because she only brought one back. When I told her thank you after bringing my second ranch back she didn’t even say anything. Got home, tasted my fries and there is no lemon pepper seasoning on it. I know not to even call this place, I do not want to risk my food being tampered with. I’ve truly learned my lesson and I will no longer be at this location. It’s terrible that I have to leave a review like this about an establishment in my own...

It’s my third time here I hate their service man take for ever I got here and this young boy was waiting I asked him if he had order and he said no I waited 5 minutes their was 2 girls on the back kept on talking talking I was like excuse me can we get help and she was like oh sorry last time I came I had asked for one more ranch and the girl was so rude I go to other wing stops and we’ll I always order big so I always ask for one more ranch and there’s no problem. You guys need to do better and have a better vibe you guys make this place look ghetto instead of maintaining the place spotless y’all make it look horrible and let me not tell you about the bathroom is dirty omg never coming back here. Please don’t come here anymore I wonder if they even wash their hands this is sad because it’s my favorite food to come now I have to drive somewhere else this is not...

Wow. I went to this Wingstop..told the young guy i wanted my wings cooked well done and placed my order..10 piece lemon pepper wings and french fries . he was nice and gave me a large water..so when i filled my water some weave hair was on the cup so when he returned to the counter i pointed out to him the black weave hair was on my cup..so he apologized and gave me an another cup..so beibg the only customer there i took a seat ..and when my order came..i tasted the fries and they were good..so i opened my to go container and my lemon pepper wings were not cooked well done..he claimed they changed the grease at 840pm and that he couldnt redo them so i kindly asked for a refund..FYI. When the customer tells this staff well done..it means welldone..do not argue with customers...Gotta call corporate this is not what...
