I placed a mobile order for 6:00 and arrived at approx. 6 while 2 young women were working. They made me wait 10 minutes while one of them did NOTHING and the other made a sandwich for a walk-in customer. Then finally the one doing nothing said she would start my order. I ORDERED IT FOR 6:00 AND THEY HAD NOT STARTED IT BY 6:17. UNACCEPTABLE. I told them I couldn't wait because I had a ride coming. I had ordered an Uber for 6:15 and it was pulling up at 6:18. Very graceful and polite, she was great. The younger lady I have an issue with. She wrapped up my sub that she wasn’t even sure if it was completed, she didn’t bother communicating to her teammate since I’m missing some condiments. Totally unprofessional, if you’re not gonna help don’t get in the way. Simple. And learn to control your composure since the environment wasn’t even that...
