Tony's Pizza — Restaurant in San Fernando

Very bad service food took forever to get there that by the time it finally arrived we were so full of salad and bread. Then finally food arrives but no wings got wings once we left we went because one of the workers recommended it she served us last time she was awesome but last night she wasnt serving . Fake fake workers there so sad because that kind of workers are the end of a business, I can hear all the crap they where saying like really wow. 1st time I went about 1 month or so ago same waitress older lady black hair was so rude to an older Gentleman and kept talking bad about him even after he left you can tell she made him feel so stupid poor man. She even refused to make some ladies behind us a cup of coffee crazy how this business is runned last time we will be going and we will never Recommend it again.. Oh nd last night the Lady with the black hair older one made a big oh scene acting like a crazy person Lol screaming and threatening the other girl like she was going to hit her or fight DRAMA DRAMA DRAMA lady looks old enough to be a Grandmother.. So sad Cuz food is...

HORRIBLE SERVICE! This place was a staple growing up in Sylmar. We always overlooked the sloooooow service. After years of us being loyal customers the waitress said we didnt pay as we were leaving. We had paid cash and she had took the little plastic tray it was on and threw it in her apron (along with her other tip money). Her and the other waitresses ganged up on us so we wouldnt leave. We told them we had already paid but they kept insisting we hadnt. It wasnt until another customer offered to pay our meal so they would leave us alone. They gladly took that other customers money and let us go. Im not sure if this was a scam of theres or they are just sooooo slow and unorganized , but they lost our family...

I avoid leaving a negative review on any establishment if I can. However. There is an exception.

Was served a Shrimp Alfredo that was swimming in a flavorless white sauce. Which at first glance became unappealing. Took me a few seconds to locate the lonely 7 overcooked or reheated shrimp. I tried to enjoy the dish but the shortcomings became too much to ignore. I stopped and had the waitress take the dish away. I mentioned it to the waitress and perhaps her inexperience did not know how to handle the situation. No fault to her. She tried.

I've dined here beforehand with success. Unfortunately, tonight will the last.
