My birthday cake was absolutely PERFECT! When ordering a custom cake, you must do so six to four weeks in advance to your event. Lisa absolutely followed through every detailed description I gave her in the order email I sent along with pictures of what I wanted my cake to look like. All I can say is, “WOW!” The communication with Lisa was also spot on. She really listened and understood what I had to say and was very prompt in responding back to me with any questions I had regarding my cake. Through the email exchanges, I could tell she really cared about my customer service experience. Lisa has a very kind and friendly approach. The design of my “Under the Sea” themed cake was absolutely beautiful. Every seashell, starfish, and seahorse were created with an incredible amount of diligence. The cake itself was freshly made with high-quality ingredients, and I couldn’t believe how delicious it was. Overall, Lisa made my cake with love and care. She as a true professional, and I can tell she has a strong passion for what she does as a baker. Lisa, THAK YOU for making my birthday celebration a truly special one.
