Not worth the money – very disappointing experience at Noe Valley Nails. My wife chose Noe Valley Nails based on the decent reviews, but we were shocked by how poor the service actually was. They didn’t give her the styles she selected, failed to properly remove her old polish, skipped the massage entirely, and even hurt one of her nails during the appointment. Worst of all, after claiming they could do a French tip, they ended up telling her they couldn’t—and made her leave with a plain pink solid color she didn’t even want. Then the staff acted offended when she chose not to leave a tip, despite the clearly subpar service. We spent over $100 and walked out feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. Based on our experience, I truly don’t understand the high ratings....

They charge me to take off gel nail polish $5 dollars and I have been going every week for a manicure and a pedicure so it’s not like it was my first time I am a reoccurring client. lt takes a minute to take it off gel nail polish. Then they were extremely rude to my daughter after they realize they weren’t getting a huge tip like they normally do and wouldn’t put her flip-flops. They got an extra five dollars to takeoff my gel nail polish I consider that a huge TIP to takeoff nail polish....We are very disappointed in their service and would not recommend them at all there is a reason why every time we go in there’s nobody sitting there it’s always empty or trying the nail place down the block and it’s fabulous Tip Top Nails! I highly recommend them...

Excellent services. Helen, the owner and her team are amazing. I have been going to her nail shop since 1991. Today I went to Helen after trying other nail places because of my busy work schedule and she worked on my nails and left them 💯amazing! I like how much time Helen spent taking care of each finger nail. I will never go to another nail place because Helen and her team are amazing. They go put of your way to please the customers with their nail care. I will highly recommend Noe Valley Nails. I am totally satisfied with the services today and I feel so content with my manicure /fill in...
