What a pleasant surprise on my stroll to Bernal Heights Park!
I suggest taking the stairs on Esmerelda street to get to these slides. They're really fun and great for kids AND ADULTS! There are two recycle bins, at the top and bottom of the slides, with cardboard pieces in them. You can sit on these to go down even faster! A bit of a warning though, the landing after the slide is a bit short so you may want to slow down at the end so you don't go shooting off...

I took a slide here early in the morning after a light drizzle. The slide was damp so I grabbed a cardboard to sit on.
I FLEW off the bottom at the speed of sound, skidded across the pavement, and came to a stop in the pricker bushes.
I came away from the ordeal with scratches covering my legs and hands, and the phone in my back pocket got damaged as well.
