After placing the order the Domino's Tracker said that my pizza would be ready between 7:09 and 7:19. I got there right about 7:09 or a little after. When approaching the establishment, I walked up to their window counter and waited for someone to ask me about my order. As I waited, I saw their delivery person getting ready for a delivery, I saw someone in the back (possibly working on creating the pizzas) and then I saw a girl at the front counter who either looked like she was sleeping or on her phone. She had her head down so I couldn't tell. After waiting for a few minutes with no one helping me, I went in through the front door, and told the girl (the one who had her head down) that I was there to pick up my order. She pointed to the window and said that I had to wait there. She immediately followed me to the window and asked for my name. After looking for my order, she pointed to what looked like a refrigerator and said that they were getting it ready. I don't think she specifically pointed at the refrigerator, just maybe in that direction at something that I couldn't see from where I was standing. So I said ok, and as I waited at the window for several minutes. Then I thought, "why wait outside in the cold?" the app will tell me when the order is ready. So I went to my car, grabbed my phone, and look at the tracker which said that the order was done at 7:11 and it was already 7:19. So I approached the window counter again, and waited several minutes AGAIN. I saw 3 people, plus the delivery driver walking around, but no one came to help me. It wasn't until the driver came back (I'm assuming from his delivery, but he wasn't gone that long - I saw when he left) that he asked about my order and he quickly found that it had been sitting on the table, waiting for me. By the time he gave me my pizza, it was already 7:21. I waited, in the cold, for 10 min because the girl who was too busy on her phone couldn't find my order that was just sitting there in plain sight. I will give her the benefit of the doubt because it did seem like at one point, that girl was on the business line, talking to a customer, but after she finished that phone call, she didn't even bother to come check on me or my pizza again. I mean, why even have the tracker if it's not reliable?? Or why have employees that are not doing their work? The delivery driver was nice and made sure my order was correct. I did see one other girl in the back, who I kept seeing walking back and forth (it seemed like she was looking for something), but I didn't see her do any work. Instead, I saw her open a refrigerator and drink from her water bottle, so it's possible that she may have been on break....
Read moreThis just happened tonight Jan 15th 2017 people. My moms ordered online from this dominos A "Pizza, sandwhich, & hot wings" at exactly around 8:40-8:55. FINALLY @ 9:32 the app said they had just put the pizza , etc N the oven. @ 10:05 it said they came & made the delivery when they did not. We got no call to be informed they had arrived. Anyone is SF knows how the houses are.You have to call there really is no knocking. It is now 11 & we still have not recieved our order. Also we keep calling there # on the website & they keep ignoring our calls. Once you press 0 to go threw it automatically hangs up or keeps you on the lady talking about nothing. All iknow is if we paid with a credit card instead of cash we would have gotten robbed for our $$$ & order. This dominos is terrible, if i had to Rate it i wouldve gave it no stars. Out of 10??? Why ask "0" . this dominos is completely horrible to its customers. Cant even answer the phone for cris sake. This is 2hrs we've been waiting & its ridiculous. Read moreUPDATE: I forgot to update my review -- the next morning the manager of the store ended up calling back after hearing my voicemail. He profusely apologized for the lack of service during the evening shift and proceeded with refunding me. I updated my review from one start to three because of him (just an fyi -- he never saw my review on google).
PRIOR TO UPDATE: Attempted to reach the store for over an hour, each time they hung up before I could even speak to a representative. Here are multiple things that went wrong with my order:
