Burger King — Restaurant in San Francisco

There are a few ladies who tend the drive thru window, but two stand out. There is a younger latina who is just plain rude. She isn't very friendly and not much help when asking her basic questions. I usually order thru the app to pick up at the drive thru window, but she always manages to complicate things.This last time I ordered from the app, she wouldn't honor the promo price of the order even though I had an order number. She told me to order from her but of course the price ended up being three times what I would have payed on the app. I was there so long, I decided to just give in . I ended up paying $18 for the trio special that I usually pay a little over $8 for thru the app. Then there's the other middle aged lady (also latina ), who never includes ketchup or napkins and then gets angry when you ask her about it. Also likes to charge for sauces, when im pretty sure the costumer is allowed at least one free. All things I'd would overlook if their attitude was a bit nicer. They're attitude has gotten so bad, in fact, I now go to the Burger King on valencia/mission. The staff there couldn't be friendlier. I don't mean to make a fuss over stuff like this, because I know its a tough job but its like any business. Im a costumer and I don't feel welcomed at this Burger...

When I placed the order, the cashier put all my orders in medium. She never asked if I wanted small or large. When I ordered my drink, I specifically asked if they have caffeine-free. She pointed the freestyle coke machine which I know has caffeine free Diet Coke. She kept asking if I wanted Diet Coke or Coke Zero. I said as long as it’s caffeine free.

When she gave me my drink I asked if it’s caffeine free because I’m allergic. She kept saying it’s Diet Coke. Another person finally intervened and the lady that got me my drink showed the other person that she pressed the regular Diet Coke not the caffeine free. They tossed away the original drink. Had I drank it, I would’ve spent the night at the hospital.

Every time I go to Burger King they do not be having the impossible Burger and it seems like it's always more Mexicans in the restaurant and they come off as kind of rude and I haven't been back to Burger King which is I love Burger King like I am their number one fan but 5-6 months now is just like I really don't want to go there because it's just don't feel comfortable, I feel they doing something disrespectful to my food like I don't know what they're doing but that's just how I feel ,and it seems like they just flap your food together they don't handle it with with care it's .. I have nothing against Mexicans because I'm mixed with it and I have family members that Mexicans but I'm just saying this...
