BEWARE OF LAZY, IRRESPONSIBLE, IGNORANT AND INCOSIDERATE BUSINESS PRACTICES.

This is a message to EBX on Taraval.

UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!! Delivery NEVER showed up because the restaurant decided to close while order was "in progress" from DoorDash. No one contacted us at all so we could at least order from somewhere else. NOT ONE PERSON THOUGHT THAT WAS NOT OK???? I have a hungry family that waited almost 2 hours to find out that they will not be getting what they expected? Now it is too late to order from anywhere comparable all because of your irresponsibility and ignorance. Plus we will have to wait another hour or two to be fed? It is frikkin' 10:00pm!!!

EBX USED to be our local favorite. NO MORE!!! We have spent so much money at this place and for them to do this??? I have turned so many people on to your business and will equally denounce it as much as possible now.

This is going on YELP, TRIPADVISOR, GOOGLE, AND WHATEVER OTHER REVIEW PLATFORM IS OUT THERE. I expect a manager or even the owner to take responsibility...

Little hole in the wall with delicious food served consistently at affordable prices with a great menu , lots of choices. Been eating there since I was 18 years old , I am now 60 and sadly disappointed quite often if I eat Mexican somewhere else.

Make sure to try 2 of my favorites , the Chili Colorado is off the hook , melts in your mouth . No where makes it better than here and the pork mango taco is absolutely mouth watering , its savory flavor and the fresh mango salsa together is a dynamite combination, you may want to order 2 of them to avoid having to order a second time.

I cannot say enough about the food , try it for yourself , you won't be disappointed but the customer service is sometimes not at its best but please be kind. They work very hard there and fast most of the day , the place is packed from the time it opens until closing...

4.5 if i could! really solid mexican place with huge and generous portions !

it is indeed small but i went on a saturday around lunch and barely waited to order and waited MAX 10 minutes to get my burrito and quesadilla. they’re super kind but busy so my companion and i were in and out in like 20 mins tops?

i got the el norcal and chicken quesadilla and it came with two chips and two salsa.

i really liked the norcal as the carne asada was very juicy. though i could have used more guac, half a burrito were each a meal for me.

the chicken quesadilla is plain. since it is just chicken and chicken, it could use some sauce so the chip dips will have to suffice.

i’ll definitely come back to try their other burritos. i really enjoyed my burrito...
