El Super Burrito — Restaurant in San Francisco

3 stars because the food did taste good but 2 reasons why 3 stars: 1) I ordered to go just like everyone else in line wether to eat there or not. Everyone got served even the last persons that came in last which most where contruction workers but i didnt get mines till i spoke to the girl whom i originally ordered my food and asked what happened to my food. She gave me the look of "I'll go check" Now i had been patiently waiting watching everyone getting their food and eating or leaving but it was way past 20min not to mention the 6min it took me to order. 5min later I get my food and she explains where my sides are, take in mind thats a total of 31min at this taqueria. 2) I get home and come to find out I'm missing my sour cream and avocados which i paid extra for and so i called to let them know they forgot my sides, the lady that answered obviously apologized which is great but then asked if i wanted to return for it but i had walked 3 1/2 blocks and i was not going to walk back to get that means my food gets cold and you'all know microwave heating will never leave your food tasting the same so i said " no, forget it". This order was for super nachos for my daughter but i asked to have them put the sour cream and avocado on the side in case she wouldn't like it all...

I came here after inspecting one of the clinics in the area, and I was really hungry. It really wasn't the greatest experience. The cook was really nice when he had brought out my order to my table, but the lady taking the order and the lady cleaning the tables were a little bit rude. Maybe they had a rough morning, which is very plausible in a food service establishment, so it may just be that. The food was okay. They had generous portions, and it didn't taste bad. I had asked for corn tortillas, but they gave me flour tortillas. The chips and salsa were served buffet style where you have to grab some yourself. In the age of COVID, this may not be the best. The chips tasted like the store-bought ones in a bag; they weren't good ones either. The place could be cleaner. The time that I was there, there were a lot of customers who came to order take-out. They seemed popular with other customers. For me, though, there are a few opportunities for improvement for them. I most likely will...

The food is good, but both of the larger ladies there in about their late 40s treat me incredibly disrespectful every time I visit even though I've never been rude to them. I've always held my patience or walked out without saying a word against them. It's almost like there is a deeper meaning behind why she treats me this way. Like today for example, I made a simple request for another salsa cup that I paid for because someone took one of mine. She then accosted me for even placing my salsa cups on the preparatory table and acted as though that's the reason they were stolen. She basically said I am not allowed to place my salsa cups there while preparing. I am a staunch supporter of local business, and I live in the neighborhood. A neighborhood and city that I have grown to deeply care about and even protect at times. So her treatment of me is incredibly uncalled for and unjust. I would not reccomend shopping here.
