The nostalgic Extreme Pizza!!! How many years has it been now? I still remember when Extreme Pizza opened in Fillmore! It was clearly different from other chain pizza places or the typical neighborhood pizzerias. The restaurant was always packed with customers, and you had to wait over an hour for takeout orders. With that kind of popularity, Extreme Pizza expanded to many locations, becoming one of the best in its time! But what happened? Many of the locations have closed, and now there are only a few left... It feels like so much has disappeared, just like the once-glorious San Francisco! Today, I had lunch at an Extreme Pizza. It wasn't the same vibe as before, but it was still nice to taste that familiar flavor. Yet, part of me feels sad, almost like the current state of San Francisco.

I have been coming here since I have discovered this part of town. I usually stop by when I am craving for some baked goodies or for a quick bite. I believe it is family owned, they offer fresh baked pizzas, sandwiches, appetizers, etc. Everythins here is made to order which is just they way I like it and I never mind waiting since I am a very patient person. The staffs are very welcoming, well trained and understanding where I never had a problem in any of my visits. Dine in is an options and they do have tvs for your comfort. I highly recommend this place to all pizza lovers, to anyone looking for a quick bite or if you just happen to be in the area. I definitely will be back to tryout the other delicious options they have to offer.

I they have good pizza here at taste like my mom made it when we were kids it brings about some really Pleasant memories for me. And it freezes well so if you don't finish your whole pizza of you can take it home freeze it put it in the oven when you are ready to eat it and it's like it just came out to their oven. It's a clean place. Nice people that run it. You could use cash or credit card so that's very helpful. Give them a try you won't be disappointed at least at this location. I don't know about any other ones. This one is on Alemany.

I love Extreme Pizza! After the downtown location closed, I've only tried this store. I order directly from their website, and delivery is always fast. Like the first Extreme Pizza in SF, this place makes great pizzas.

The Yard Sale is my most favorite. The Mr. Pestato Head is also delicious, full of pesto flavor. I also like the Everest, and Drag It Thru the Garden (which is a great choice for vegetarians), among others. I'm not too crazy about the starter menu items. The wings and bread knots are okay, just not impressive like the pizzas.

While this location's kitchen staff make the pizzas heavenly, the delivery staff quality varies. Sometimes I would get a courteous delivery person; and sometimes I would get a very rude and grumpy one.

I might try eating there one of these days, or buy a Take-N-Bake pizza.I passed by the store several times, and saw a clean store front. There seemed to be roomy and comfortable...

Decided to try this place out for the first time and these are my first impressions. Looked at their menu and noticed they had a lunch special. Decided to go with the number 2 special (salad, personal pizza, drink). The place was empty so everything came out fast. The soda machine must have just been cleaned because my drink tasted kinda off... I got a Dr pepper and then switched to a Pepsi the Pepsi was better but still a little off.... I got a Caesar and that was fine I know salads with pizza digestion 😬. The pizza was very cheesy which is good I love the cheese!! There was a sort of familiarity with the pizza like.... You know those high school pizzas you would get? It's kinda like that... Overall it was okay. Cheese pull again...
