There was a long wait for my Medium box of Bone-in chicken. But the long wait for what? There was only 1 order ahead of me and when I received my food it was cold. My guess is that they mix the chicken with cold sauce or the employees in the front are slow and are not as attentive as they should be. I bought the bone-in chicken expecting to only get wings considering the restaurant is called Left WING. But most of my order was chicken breast as they use the whole chicken. At least it was still crispy but it was unsatisfying that it was cold.

We had a quick lunch at H-Mart and ordered food in Left Wing & Paik’s Noodles. The soy garlic chicken (bone-in, 8 pieces) was good, flavorful and hot. Because it was soaked with sauce, it’s not as crunchy as other traditional korean fried chicken. I also wish they served side dishes with it as with other korean restaurants we’ve been to. The fries were a bit soggy and not hot anymore when served to us. They probably cooked this first or the chicken took a longer time to cook.

3.5 stars overall, but the chicken itself was 4. It had a solid crisp on the outside. It’s different than American style boneless wings, in that it’s not made of breast meat, but more likely chicken thigh. It gives it a good texture to go along with the breading. I’d recommend the sweet & spicy but the soy garlic wasn’t bad at all. If they are busy, it can take a little longer. One nice thing is they have both self-serve kiosk and in-person for ordering.

The chicken was delicious, i loved the sweet and spicy taste and the crunchy chicken.

The only thing we didn't like was the macaroni. I thought it was going to be like hawaiian macaroni but it was more like a bad potato salad.

Joyce S.Elite 2022 San Francisco, CA 3803442 11/19/2022 1 photo Came here on a Wednesday night and there was a good amount of seating. Got a medium size soy garlic wings and it came with a a side. We got the macaroni salad. The wait for our order was around 20 mins.

Out of all the chicken that came in the box we only had one actual wing, the rest were either drumsticks or breast meat. The sauce on the chicken was also a bit light. The chicken itself however was crispy. The macaroni salad was not what I was expecting. They used the smallest macaroni which seemed like a piece of macaroni cut into three.

Annie Y.Elite 2022 San Francisco, CA 421132524 9/11/2022 5 photos Left Wing is located inside HMart. I ordered the medium size honey garlic wings bone-in. They offer small, medium and large sizes, (boneless and bone-in), but keep in mind that you can only order bone-in if it's medium or large. You can't order a small size of bone-in wings. A medium comes with your choice of sides like slaw, rice, pickled daikon radish, or fries. The fries are $1 extra. The large size comes with 2 sides of your choice.

Something to keep in mind is that they only take card. They do NOT take cash.

The chicken was very crispy and juicy. The flavor was really good! I enjoyed it a lot, but it was a little pricey. $16 for 8 pieces and a side of daikon radish sounds a bit steep to me. (Yes, I actually counted the pieces). I do however appreciate that the pieces aren't mega tiny. The chicken pieces were pretty big compared to many places I've ordered wings from.

I took the chicken with me to the Ocean Ave Beach to enjoy the sunset and they were still very hot! I like my food steaming hot, so that's a plus for me. The chicken was literally glistening under the sun. I just wish that there were more pieces in the medium sized order. I love the amount of garlic and honey flavor these wings had. The batter wasn't too overwhelming. Some places flour their chicken too much where it seems like there's more batter than chicken. With Left Wing, that...

Hands down one of the best friend chicken experiences we've had; comparable to the best we've found in Seoul & LA.

We happened to come across this restaurant during a trip to H-mart. The chicken was freshly made, amazingly juicy and really well seasoned.

Some of the online reviews for this place are ridiculous, citing long (10-15 minute...) wait times and noting the variety of cuts of chicken. I think most of these reviews come from people not familiar with Korean fried chicken (which does use all chicken parts), expecting this to be a 1:1 experience with American KFC or Popeyes.

Thankfully we didn't read any of these reviews in advance such that they did not deter us from...

Ordered at the self service register on 07/12/2022 at 5:33 PM. 20 minutes later I noticed ppl who had ordered after and around when I placed my order were picking up food. Asked the man at the front if he had an ETA. He said mine was the next order. I wait another 10 minutes and still nothing. I ask again and someone from the back says that they never got the ticket. 35 minutes later after finally getting a refund, I leave no food in hand. Looking at the other reviews, it seems that their poor time management has been a problem for a long time, so I don't expect it will get better. Too bad. Last time I ate here it was decent, but not good enough to be worth all...
