Very good coffee overall! I got the nitro cold brew, although it didn’t have the texture that I personally like, the taste was very good. The espresso shot on the other hand was simply perfect. Smooth, no burnt taste, great temperature, and velvety. Takes hella skill to make it that good. They also have a house made piña vanilla syrup that is awesome! 🍍
Only reason for 4/5 stars is that I felt like with the space being only 6 seats, you constantly feel the pressure to leave. Even with only a few people there, it’s tough to relax. Therefore it’s not really the coffee shop to sit down and chill in, which is a shame given it’s cool interior. I ask if they are open and the barista rudely responds “I have people at the counter.” You see I was confused because I wasn’t greeted, asked if I wanted to order, told I would be attended to in a moment or anything. So I’m thinking maybe I’m receiving no customer service because this place despite the door being open isn’t actually open. Read moreWhat a great casual spot to grab a cortado! This is no formula corporate coffee shop, but rather feels like the lobby of a swank boutique hotel. Skylights above the second floor balcony bathe the plants, leather couch and casual chairs in natural light, while the chill music rounds out the relaxing vibe.
It's in a space owned and designed by a civil engineering firm that has offices at the back which explains why it's such a great setting.
