Hi Hat Pizza: Valencia’s New MVP (Most Valuable Pizza)
Fresh on the scene over on Valencia Street, Hi Hat Pizza is already dishing out big flavor and good vibes. The space is chill—somewhere between minimalist and “we just moved in”—but honestly, once the pizza hits the table, you won’t care if the chairs are made of clouds or cinder blocks.
They’ve got a full lineup: slices if you’re non-committal, whole pies if you’re ready to go steady, and a beer and wine list that says, “Yeah, we thought this through.”

Small selection of wine but that’s ok - I had a rose and it was crisp and dry. Tons of beer and cider on the menu.
Large casual bar seating as well as tables and...
