McDonald's — Restaurant in San Francisco

On Sunday 6/22 the N Center st location I received the most unprofessional service from 2 employees drive thru employee and a rude manager over 2 ice teas I requested to be sweet and that gave me tea that was unsweet and clearly had been sitting out tasted warm and watery. The young lady didn't offer an apology she closed the window in my face I was yelling excuse me so she could take the incorrect teas she ignored me, then open the window with 2 teas and I have the old teas in my hand, I said could you put those down and take these she said ask me nicely. I asked for a manager then this heavy set man appeared I asked him to show to prove he was a manager and he got upset and I don't have to prove anything to you flashed his badge and closed the window in my face and walked away. I threw both teas at the window and went inside and demanded they give me 2 teas or my money back and they completely ignored me. Then a lady appeared to refund my money, no apology nothing but here! I have never experienced such unprofessionalism from people in management in my life. Horrible customer service and they all need...

I just place and order on this location I alway go here after school and order the same now for some reason the person that give me my order had a terrible attitude which is no my fault or problem first I always ask extra fries for my happy meal and she said she can’t see it on the screen where they see the order to fulfill which is weird if they can’t see properly how to fill the orders then everything is gonna be a mess and then I ask for my sauce which come with my order of nuggets and she said you have next time to order before you paid ( which I did) I show my receipt and that shows what I order and all that I ask her to fix and she was bad talking when making my fries . All off that and I try to speak nice but she just the worst and the lite manager just behind her looking and doing nothing about it. Also I don’t know what problem this people had I speak on English and they just don’t understand then I do speak in Spanish and they look down on me so if they don’t really what to...

I remember McDonald's sundaes being way better than this stuff. Chocolate floors and nuts too! But this sundae is so boring i mean, you HAVE to ask for nuts. You HAVE to ask for chocolate floors to which I bet they'll probably charge extra. Like McDonald's you sure have no problems serving people like always but now we HAVE to ASK for something that was before never a thought only to get home and see WOW no ketchup with my fries. Only 2 sauces for 20 nuggets to which most times your employees don'tget it right( meaning everytime i ask for HOT MUSTARD, I get HONEY mustard AND/OR Buffalo sauce like HUH?! and now the sundaes went from actually being a sundae to now looking like its just soft serve with a fudge top.
