I laugh every time I'm in there because as others say - the attitude. Maybe get off their laurels and start earning the reputation again. last time I was in there, there were very few people and it still took forever. I expected that so no big deal. There was this Steven Tyler look alike who was just all over everyone's space with this ugly non-service dog. Several employees were talking to him, soooooo who's making the sandwiches. Some people must have bailed because the numbers had quite a jump. the woman in front of me was finally able to order something after About seven numbers skipped. Mine was right after her. This kid came up and started calling numbers, we both told him what number they're on, I told him my number, he looks at me then starts calling out all the numbers. I told him we'd already done it, plus the other customer and I were the only ones there. So ok he gets to my number. I give him my order. It's only four things on the sandwich. I have to repeat it three times. The other customer and I are looking at each other tyring to keep from laughing.
