The staff here are incredibly kind and helpful, the milk tea tastes just right, and the boba is the perfect chewiness! I was greeted by two staff the moment I entered, and was offered help with their menu too. The ordering process and drink making were extremely quick. I was told to give it a taste and let them know if I needed more sweetener or any other adjustments. I got a jasmine milk tea with boba, 30% sweetness, and 50% ice for a hot day — settings I usually get at other places — and the taste was perfect. When I got up to leave, the staff said goodbye and hoped I had a great rest of my day. I felt so welcomed and was grateful they went out of their way to make their customers happy! I only wish I got their names. Writing this review in support :)

This is a cute local boba shop in SF near Castro Street. I wasn't in the mood for tea, so I ordered a Virgin Lychee Mojito since I was craving a more refreshing drink while at Mission Dolores Park. It was very pleasant to drink! It literally tasted like a mojito without alcohol. Bubbly, refreshing, and not too sour! The lychee added a really nice sweetness. The service was very quick! My drink was prepared very fast. You have the option to order with a cashier or via ordering kiosk. They also have indoor and outdoor seating!

Super friendly staff! They welcomed both my dog and I into their lovely establishment. They took the time to explain every option to pick out the perfect drink for me. As I waited for my drink, my dog was able to quench his thirst as they provide water bowls outside for your furry companions. I chose the Rose Petal drink, it was floral, refreshing and a cute color! Perfect drink for a sunny summer day in the city! Awesome bubble tea place! Definitely coming back!

First time here and I'll be visiting again. My recommendation is based on a no-too-sweet fruity drink .

Drink: passion cooler, 30% sugar, 50% ice with boba, 60F degrees.outside. I'd go 100% ice if it was 70F 🤣. My partner got the house milk tea with 50% sweetness(in summary, it's got a more delicate tea essence to it) Flavor: refreshing citrus flavor with tea essence and a hint of mint. Reminds me of a fancy lemonade tea! For me, this level of sugar was not too sweet either! Boba: the QQ-(bounciness of the chew) is strong, in a good way! Some boba textures you bite into take like 2 chews to pierce through. These handled a few more bites before my teeth fully sank in, which I personally enjoyed! It slows me down from chugging the whole drink Also, it's unflavored (so no added sweetness to it). I prefer this as well so the drink can shine.

Good hangout spot cuz they have some board games as well. I enjoyed the drink so much, I feel like it'll be the only drink I'll order when I go back 🤣.

Owner, if you have another recommendation based on my preference, let me know!! Your tea and boba was on point. I'm a sucker for clever logos...

I never thought I'd find myself writing a review for a milk tea shop, as most are pretty standard. However, this place is an absolute gem!

From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff is incredibly friendly and eager to assist you. As a nice touch, they offer sample milk teas upon entry, and even have treats for our furry friends! The drinks themselves are phenomenal—fresh, clean, and bursting with flavor.

The ambiance is equally delightful, with real flowers adorning the center table and warm, wooden walls that create a cozy atmosphere. It's the kind of place that makes me nostalgic for my time living in SF!

I tried the matcha blossom, and it exceeded all expectations. It's not only delicious but also visually stunning. If you're ever indecisive about which drink to choose, I highly recommend trying this one.

Overall, the service is exceptional, and the vibes are fantastic. It's definitely...

I was enjoying a late Summer in SF with about 80-degree weather, so I went with the passion cooler, passion fruit green tea so thy citrus juice and mint, and I added jelly. They have me too much ice and too much sweet, given that I ordered little of each, but it was refreshing, although not much liquid after a tall thin cup with lots of ice. The menu has some good variety, but not a crazy menu, which is actually kind of nice. They have a chalk board with a few specials. I expect you’d find something like whatever you’re looking for in the boba department.

There’s a decent amount of seating, but not really enough to make it a sit and work kind of place, more of a sit with friends while drinking your bev kind of place. They have a couple of tables outside. The staff are friendly. It’s included in the Castro fest boundaries. I checked in on yelp for a...
