WOW! Can you say above and beyond? I know this looks long but you gotta read it. I was in charge of an event in SF and I'm from Chicago. I'm new to the team and the role and this came up fast with little detail. I contact this Starbucks and reach Morgan and give her my lengthy story (she patiently listens while she is probably slammed) and then proceeds to guide me through my options and assure me they can take care of it. It's a big order and she says she will save it while I bring it back to my boss. Feeling much better I do and she is good with it. 2 days later I call her back and sure enough she saved it. I'm like yay but she cannot take the payment over the phone. Now I can't do a delivery service because theft are doing me so many small favors to make the experience just perfect. She won't be in the day I'm coming and refers me to Corey. The day before he calls to confirm because you know it's a big order and I think I gave them the wrong day out of panic so thank goodness but they still have it handled. In addition, as the store manager he offers his personal number to assure everything goes well. How cool is that??? I finally get there after a day and a half of chaos already and BOOM the entire staff is prepared and ready! They all say hi! They are all smiles so welcoming so kind! They jump into action and start loading our cart taking the payment and still serving customers without missing a beat! Amazing! Talk about being impressed! I could go on and on about this store and how much it stands out and above the rest but I know you'll stop reading... so go check them out yourselves... because this review hardly does their level of professionalism and customer...
Read moreThis particular chain is very mis managed my daughter Cassandra and my baby son Bryan were a little parched from a trek and we asked for water I completely forgot my wallet due to rushing out with my children ..and staff refused to give us ice water stating you have to buy an entree to get water .it was always free to my knowledge and I was appalled and left. This starbucks will be contacted by corporate and this behavior will not be tolerated I will have my neighbors also avoid this establishment.my Charlie couldn't get his pup cup for free and since it's been there has been tension in the air that made us really uncomfortable..lao the manager was mean to kiss of color I witnessed it twice...
Read moreOn 7/26/25 @ 11:15 my partner placed an order at this location since we live in the vicinity, except this day it was raining with two drinks I asked for a bag from Dijay who was working at the time and to my surprise she says they cost 25cents, first I’ve heard since we always place orders at this Starbucks and they’d always give us a bag when requested no questions asked. When confronting the Nathan the manager about this he said Starbucks policy requires staff to say this and it is upon their discretion to give it for free, especially if we make a scene they would give it for free sounds pretty ridiculous to make a scene for a free bag.
