I recently had the pleasure of dining at sushi uma, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The contemporary atmosphere immediately caught my attention, blending modern design with a cozy, inviting vibe.
The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the sushi. I tried the Lion King Roll and the Dragon Roll, both of which were outstanding. The Lion King Roll had a perfect balance of flavors, with the richness of the baked salmon complementing the fresh ingredients inside. The Dragon Roll, with its eel and avocado, was equally impressive, offering a delightful mix of textures and flavors.
The presentation was also noteworthy; each dish was a work of art, carefully crafted and beautifully plated. The service was prompt and attentive, with staff who were knowledgeable and passionate about the menu.
Overall, Sushi Uma offers a sushi experience that is both sophisticated and satisfying. Whether you're a sushi connoisseur or just looking for a great meal in a stylish setting, this place is definitely...

Tall man with lighter brown hair overcharged me by adding the most expensive sashimi to my check, when I came back to ask for how much each sushi cost because I knew I was overcharged he nervously printed me a reciept, read it, and immediately said oh the sashimi right and went to get me $11 cash (cost of the sashimi). I left and waited a bit longer. When I came to pick up my food he asked for the cash back because “now they’re short on cash” and he said he will refund it on my card. I obviously didn’t trust that would happen and even then it takes several days to realize if he would’ve scammed me again. So I said no I’m good I’ll take the cash and left.
And after all this, the rolls were sloppily made, the tuna didn’t seem fresh and they were basically just...
Read moreThis is a very tiny hole in the wall sushi place that is good for a quick bite. it is seriously a hole in the wall. they have a decent array of sushi and it seems like it would be better to get your sushi to go and eat it in the park. it is very close to the park. I think they have a Groupon available pretty regularly so you might want to check that out. the sushi is not extraordinary but it is not disappointing either. It is wheelchair accessible if nobody else is in there but I do believe they would try to accommodate anybody who came in. there is also a disabled parking space on the corner of the block and it is across the street from what is going to be the first medicinal dispensary in the sunset. I'm sure the new dispensary will really up there foot...
