I was really looking forward to enjoying my meal from this place, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by an error with my order. I specifically asked a worker with a red hat for 4 beef dumplings and 2 pork dumplings, but when I received my order, it had 4 shrimp and 2 pork dumplings instead. I was surprised and disappointed, especially since I had emphasized my order clearly.

When I brought this to the worker's attention, she insisted that I had ordered the shrimp, which wasn't the case. Despite my calm and patient demeanor, she was unwilling to offer a solution or apology, stating that there were no exchanges or returns. I ended up leaving the food behind and won't be returning to this establishment.

It's a shame, as I've enjoyed eating here before, but the poor service from this particular staff member has deterred me. Perhaps additional training on customer service and order accuracy could help improve the experience for...

Sweet Delight is a consistent food place that serves up hot meals, from pre-made Chinese food, dim sums and pastries day in and day out with much reliability and with sincerity.

The staff is cordial enough and do their best to be hospitable, the prices are reasonable that you get your money's worth and the food turns over often enough that it is consistently fresh.

Ordered through DoorDash. Missing total four items (two shrimp rice roll, two beef rice roll). They decided it’s okay to not notify us, added a few more pieces of other dim sum dishes we ordered (which does not add up to the 4 missing items), and called it a day.

Called them about it and the lady basically said “I wrote on paper (DD receipt) the replacements.”
