CHEAP CHILAQUILES! I'm so shocked that I got a chilaquiles plate for under $12 dollars! When do you ever see that?! The food scratched my Mexican breakfast itch, however the presentation and taste was a bit lazy. My overeasy eggs looked borderline burnt and my chilaquiles were a bit too dry. The meal was very spicy, I guess that's why they advertised this. It wasn't bad, just a bit disappointing. I also purchased pepino water (aka cucumber water) and it was so refreshing for the end of summer. The service is decent, the lady who was at the register brought my food out to me and the other guests. She also helped a disabled customer which was very sweet. However, she seemed a bit moody like she didn't want to be there. I hope she's okay. As for the ambiance, it was quiet and everyone was enjoying their meal in peace. They had the TV playing the news which was informative lol. I was bothered by the bathroom situation, you literally have to insert a quarter to use it! Who carries change anymore? Also, why does this place make people pay to do their business? No thanks. Castaneda's is still my go-to for late night meals as it's a 24 hour spot and some of the food is actually quite yummy (Carne Asada Fries), however the Mexican breakfast items need an upgrade.

Service at The drive thru was outstanding, the young lady took my order correctly and was efficient. I ordered 3 burritos: 1 Cali with no Pico de Gallo, and 2 grilled chicken burritos with cheese and sour cream only. I even paid extra for both burritos to have extra sour cream and cheese. I drove home which is 8 minutes away, I gave my son his Cali, he took a bite , it had Pico de Gallo. Wife and I bit our chicken burritos, the chicken was so cold the cheese wasn't even melted and the small amount of sour cream in them was ridiculous. If I'm paying an additional $2.50 for each those additions, I expect my burrito to have them. And the chicken was so dry, This is such a disservice to the customer. I ended up adding my own sour cream at home. The food quality has significantly dropped and prices are excessive for the quality you are paying. $41.00 for 3 burritos only. I called to report my concerns and the young lady that took my order was very apologetic and asked me to go back, I declined and asked her to please notify her cooks and management of the poor quality food they are sending out. Sadly this will be my last visit to this location.

1st time here. The place is kinda small. Nobody was there at all so that kinda concerned us, but we wanted Mexican food so we parked and walked inside. Their menu had alot to choose from so thats a +. Another concern was the flies inside. The girl that helped us with our order was a bit friendly. But didnt feel that good welcome. They also had a salsa bar. There was also cucumber slices. I got a carnitas torta, it was a bit dry, i should have asked for sour cream inside. Hubby got a carne asada burrito, he like it, and my girls got bean and cheese burritos which they enjoyed. For all of us to share we got a carne asada fries. We also shared the chicken flautas. Overall ok food.

If the gross food and ridiculous long wait wasn't enough to deserve one star, the horrible customer service and my brand new car covered in guacamole sure is. After finally receiving our order for three people stuffed into one tiny bag, the side of guacamole slid off the top and into my lap, spilling all over the center console, cup holders, shotgun rider and unfortunately in between the seats. While I am normally very understanding, by the time I looked up to ask for napkins to clean up the mess, the staff member was gone. No "goodbye", "thank you", or "have a nice night". I waited about ten seconds before giving a quick beep of my horn to gain someone's attention. After another 20 second, I laid on my horn becoming more furious. After a good 50 seconds finally the staff member peaks his head around the corner. I explain as calmly as I possibly could that I needed a good hand full of napkins and possibly more guacamole for my friend in the back. Granted he gets one star for bringing TWO guacamole sides and a great set of napkins. I might have over looked this whole scenario if his final words were not "it shouldn't have opened." In a very condescending tone. I would have taken pictures if I wasn't concerned with the guacamole staining my very very light colored seats. After 20 minutes of trying to clean guacamole from in between the one inch gap of my seats, I gave up. The seats cleaned up okay, we'll see how it dries. And luckily the carpet is black. Hopefully my car doesn't reek of avocado for long. If the staff didn't act like they hated their life and like they didn't have something better to do at two in the morning, it all could have been avoided. I'll be contacting a manager/owner in the morning. We'll see how the situation is...

My husband & I ordered a doordash order from here tonight and we (spent over 25 dollars) ordered 2 horchatas, taquitos, a carne asada taco & a side of beans and cheese. When we received the order we quickly realized there was no drinks and asked the driver if they gave him any drinks and he said no. Then as we opened up the food we saw we didn’t get the beans & cheese we ordered and saw there was some other Burrito. We called the store in hopes of maybe getting our money back for the things we paid for and didn’t receive & at first the women on the phone had no idea what we were taking about and she told us hold on. So we waited on the phone for about 5 minutes before she came back and suddenly remembered having everything right and giving the drinks to the driver. I asked to speak to a manager and the women said okay then just left us on the phone for 20 minutes saying nothing then just hung up on us. Nobody picked up and talked to us to try and resolve the issue they just weren’t very concerned. Before this incident I was such a big fan of castenadas never had a problem but this was just terrible customer service. I will not be spending my money at a place that does not care about customer...
