Denny's — Restaurant in San Jacinto

Never, ever going back to Denny's again. I made a huge mistake suggesting to my son to go have breakfast here instead of the usual place we go to when I visit him and my granddog. Their pictures showed they have patio sitting. When we got there, we found out they don't, so we decided to take the food to the park. We have our dog with us. I ordered the Grand Slam. "Well done eggs, well done bacon, well done hashbrowns, and toast on the side, please add two creamers on the side for my coffee. " I DID SAY: I'll have the pancakes, and my son will have the toast. I was told it would take 15 minutes. For take out? Ok, so the place was packed, and their waiting area is small, and you can hardly walk in. 15 minutes later, I ask for our food. Oh, it'll take another 5 minutes, I'm told... More than 25 minutes later, I get the food and head out to the park only to find out: THERE'S NO TOAST! THE EGGS ARE MUCUSY THE BACONN IS FLABBY VERY SMALL PORTION OF HASHBROWNS THAT ARE SORT OF COOKED THERE'S NO NAPKINS AND THERE'S A DOZEN CREAMERS. So our dog ate the eggs, I had to get paper towels from my car, and we bothe were superbly annoyed.

I regret my suggestion so much. We used to go to breakfast very often. And for sure, as I said, NEVER AGAIN would any of us would even consider Denny's! Not even if...

Very Very bad service AND MANAGEMENT , Waitress did not come back after drinks were served.. 35 min later I had to get up to ask for refills.. 1hr later food was served but not the way ordered.. I had to get up and go ask for extra plates because I was not sure if it was going to take another 35 min for the waitress to come back to the table .. She was Mad becase I went to ask for plates she told me in a very rude tone "I told you I was going to bring them to you".... all this was mention to the manager her response I am sorry I will fix your check (discount) waitress saw the manager fixing the check and ask about it and gave her this ugly look the manager just brushed it off at that point I realized the problem at that location it is THE MANAGER VERY WEAK PERSON....they probably don't care about the reviews since it is...

First visit! food arrived to the table overcook, the presentation of the food looked good. However, the taste was horrible I ordered an omelet and my hubby had a double burger both were burned. I must tell you I hate to complain but this required the attention of a manager which was Viviana she Came from the back and addressed the bad order and saw it to be bad. Although, we didn't get to enjoy the order at our table.. Viviana Had the order remade for us to take home and enjoy. So that's why I gave a rating of 4 because they had to re-do what should have been done right the first time. Our waitress Maria should have notice the bad order but she delivered it to our table. Maria should work on her presentation to customers nothing about Maria was memorable. Meaning.... She was not...
