I've come to appreciate this location over the years. There was a long season when they definitely struggled with service during and since the pandemic, when comparing them to other locations. However, I've noticed the improvements over time. So kudos to the team.

If you're expecting high-end, gourmet dining, you might have mismatched expectations. But if you're looking for very decent gastropub type food and vibe, this would be a good spot for consistently good food. Their daily specials are great too.

I'm writing this review because I'm impressed with how they handled a hiccup. My SO had ordered takeout one night right before closing, and it was missing an item. She only noticed after closing that her work lunch was incomplete. I called the next day and was put in touch with Mike the manager. He asked me some questions just for investigation purposes, but in the end he believed me even before I offered to show a picture. I really only wanted the order remade since that's what we paid for. We also placed an order for an additional item since we were hungry. Mike offered to add another item for us, but I declined since I thought remaking the entire order (not just the item) was more than fair. When I arrived to pickup, I was told that even my additional order was taken care of. Mike really didn't have to do that especially since I insisted, but I really appreciated the gesture. My SO was able to bring the food to work with her tonight, and not only was it correct she received a larger dessert portion.

As someone who has run a restaurant before, mistakes are bound to happen especially when you're ordering right before closing time or when it's extremely busy. I like to handle these things with grace (as much as possible) and give the restaurant a chance to hold themselves accountable. This restaurant did just that, and more.

Kudos to Mike and his team for making things right, and then some. Good service and responding to customers humanely goes a long way. We'll continue to go back to this location just because of this. The team has earned our trust to handle things kindly, with integrity and...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at BJ’s Restaurant, and I must say that my experience was truly outstanding! I would like to take a moment to highlight the incredible service provided by my friend Savion, who was our waiter throughout the evening.

From the moment we were seated, Savion greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel incredibly welcome. His professionalism and attentiveness were evident from the start, as he promptly took our orders and answered all our questions about the menu with patience and knowledge.

Throughout the meal, Savion demonstrated an exceptional level of service. He consistently checked on us to ensure that everything was to our liking, and he was always readily available whenever we needed anything, whether it was an extra napkin or a recommendation for dessert.

What impressed me the most about Savion was his genuine enthusiasm and passion for his job. His friendly and engaging demeanor created a delightful atmosphere, and he went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was nothing short of memorable. He even took the time to engage in pleasant conversations, making us feel like valued guests.

Moreover, Savion displayed an impressive knowledge of the menu, offering insightful suggestions and explaining the various dishes and their ingredients in detail. His recommendations turned out to be absolutely fantastic, as the food was delicious and beautifully presented.

Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of Savion and the exceptional service he provided at BJ’s Restaurant. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for his customers truly made our visit a remarkable one. I highly recommend requesting Savion as your waiter when dining at BJ’s, as his outstanding service will undoubtedly enhance your dining experience.

To sum it up, BJ’s Restaurant, thanks to the remarkable service of Savion, has left an indelible impression on me. I look forward to returning soon to enjoy another fantastic meal served with the same warmth and...

Standard BJs fare, but the staff go the extra mile at this location. Manager Michael goes above and beyond guest service, to deliver a 5 star experience. So why am I leaving a 4 star review? The missing star is for the corporation, which deserves 1 star. The BJs computer system is heavily flawed and isn't set up for enough human oversight. Such as how the happy hour pricing doesn't always get applied, even if the server enters the items in on time and correctly. It appears it's designed to over charge, in hopes the customer won't notice or won't exert themselves to get it corrected. Of course this puts a strain on the staff, but should instead only reflect badly on the corporation.

If you've never been to a BJs, get ready for a tasty yet heavy meal. Go into it hungry. The pizza is a very delicious, unique deep dish style, with a unusually soft texture and a crust with a bit of a deep fried likeness. I'm shocked "pizza" isn't one of the set choices to select on the reviews. Many standard menu items have a bit more richness, with an almost deep-fried texture, than what's expected. Nothing they serve is overly chewy, tough, dry, nor overly crunchy. Great for texture sensitive guests. The alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink selection is fantastic. Wide variety of beers, cocktails, shakes, and their own flavourful root beer. Of course, as others have recommended, leave room for the pizookie dessert, even if you have to take some of your meal to go. The unique extra soft giant warm cookie pie with ice cream is a signature dish at BJs.

The bar area has an upscale pub feel. The main restaurant seating welcoming to couples, families, children included. Parking is available, the lot is busy, as this location is in a large shopping center.

BJs over all are worth going to, even though they can get busy during expected times and days. It's worth the short wait. This location stands out because of the extra customer care from staff and management. I highly...

Came here for a quick lunch on a Saturday night with my BF and our daughter. We got seated right away but the tables next to us were filled with dirty dishes. We ordered our food and the waitress was very friendly and accommodating. After a while she came to tell us that our food would be out shortly and apologize for the delay with my BF beer but they only had one bartender working. She was very polite so we told her we understood and it was ok. I took my daughter to use the restroom and it was also a mess. It looked gross like no one had cleaned it for a long time. But my daughter was potty training so we had no choice but to use it. We got back and the food was ready. It was all ok. Nothing really special. I did have a pizookie reward and those are always yummy. We paid and left. And still no one came by to pick up the dirty dishes from the other tables. The waitress was really the only good thing about our experience but I felt bad for her. I mean I understand companies are trying to recover from the pandemic but seriously hire more staff and clean your place. Not sure if we will be back to this location.

Worst service I have ever had at a bar station. Food was fine, wine and cheese sticks. Service (at bar) was atrocious! I could see the guidelines for customer service on the screen and NONE were executed! The male bartender said the woman would help me. Neither helped me until I asked for a menu. When I finished my mozzarella sticks and wine, and water, I wanted more. It took 30 minutes (AT THE BAR) with them walking in front of me constantly to get their attention for a refill. She had her back to me for most of the night. The back of the bar counter was a mess with empties, their dishes, bottles not put away and a slew of receipts. Even when it slowed down, she walked in front of me multiple times with no check in on me. Mind you, I did not need much. By myself, hung out for hours, and was self-entertaining. I should have been easy to serve and check in on. I am a very heavy tipper. This is not going to be good. Other BJ Restaurants have been good. They lost out on Principle #5 for sure. Bummer.
