A few weeks ago, two friends and I decided to try out Boltiful Fresh Kitchen for lunch, and let me tell you—it was an absolute hit! We were so impressed that we even encouraged our HR department to consider it for our future catered lunches. Lo and behold, just 1-2 weeks later, our HR Manager made it happen!
Working with Bob, the owner, to arrange the catering was an absolute breeze. My HR Manager noted how easy and seamless the entire process was. If you’re looking for a catering option that delivers both quality and convenience, Boltiful is the way to go.
Now, let’s talk about the food. The portions at Boltiful are plenti-FULL—you won’t leave hungry, that’s for sure! My absolute favorites were the barbacoa and the forbidden black rice, but the real showstoppers were the sweet potato noodles (reminiscent of japchae) and the salmon.
And let’s not forget the sauces and toppings—they really take the flavors to the next level. I’m obsessed with the pickled red onions, chimichurri tomatoes, and herb pesto. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!
If you haven’t tried Boltiful yet, do yourself a favor and go. Whether it’s for a casual lunch or catering your next event, this place...
Read moreI've been searching for a suitable option for a light meal or a simple yet delicious salad for quite some time, and I've finally found it! I've tried a few other places with the same concept. Still, I somehow leave with a bad taste in my mouth, or never return, especially since I'm a vegetarian and their options are limited to lettuce, corn, tomato, and cucumber.
Here, you'll find a variety of flavors, including three hot sauce options in addition to its dressings. If you don't want dressing, try the salsas; they're full of flavor (I promise they're not spicy) and add a special touch to your salad. You will also receive large portions and be served by super-friendly staff. Their drink options include, in addition to the typical fountain drinks, a couple of lemonades and delicious Thai tea!
There's plenty of room to eat inside (there are also a couple of tables outside); the place is bright and clean, and they're constantly refilling the utensil and napkin containers, as well as cleaning the soda fountain. If you're in the area, definitely...

I hope they continue to do well, because this type of restaurant is sorely needed. I got to meet the owner (who was also the cashier), who confirmed this is the first shop and they hoped to have more soon.
The location (in Sprouts Plaza) is ideal - they took over the former Rooster & Rice, so it is situated in a great spot.
Shout-out to one of the base offerings - sweet potato noodles! The other bases were unique, especially the Forbidden Black Rice. The noodles were flavorful just on their own. For my proteins, I chose lemon chicken and barbacoa (which is worth the extra $). They had so many options that it was hard to choose. I was happy with the portion sizes as well. They did not skimp on any items and the bowl was visually appealing.
I would also recommend trying their freshly-made drinks, which were a great price for how much you received. They offered lemonade, Mango Lemonade and Pina Colada. I choose the Pina Colada, which...
