My family and I have been a loyal customer for years. We always order the kids meal on the weekend, as my child loves their lamb and beef. When i ordered the kids meal this afternoon, the cashier told me my child needed to be present. I was a bit surprised, as I have never been asked my child to be with me when I ordered. I then proceeded to explain to the cashier I have never been asked every time I ordered, and asked when they started implementing the policy. The cashier said they've always had to ask.......😳 Interesting.........i have never been asked, which completely contradicted what the cashier said. He then impolitely said if I would like to speak to the manager. I declined, as there's no point talking to the manager. All he will say is "policy is policy." I then walked back to my car and got my child just to order the kids meal. After this incident, i'm not sure I will patron this location. Rude customer service, and questionable and inconsistent store policy. I was also going to have this location cater my company's annual engineering conference. Looks like I will be...
Read moreFood good, Customer service horrible. Rather drive 10-15 minutes to the other kebab shop to get food then come back. Came here with my sister, and my sister has slower social skills and is disabled, she mustered up the courage to ask the cashier for a napkin and the cashier said “sorry we’re closed” at 8:50 when they close at 9:00. Then I come in to grab a napkin, and the cashier glares at me and says “you need to leave , we’re closed. And then I replied saying that “don’t you guys close at 9:00, it’s 8:52.” And he said that they’re dining outside is closed at 8:00… which he did not have the courage or respect to let us know while we were sitting outside there for about 15 minutes. Then as we walk away, he stares at us until we leave. I worked at a fast food restaurant myself, and I would never treat a customer like that, especially if the customer did not do anything frustrating or upsetting. All that attitude for a napkin. Probably one of the worse services I’ve...
Read moreExperience a Masterclass in Menu Literacy and get Humiliation free on the sides. I dared to believe my eyes looking at the photo of The Plate which looked delectable. Little did I realize that it was just a “sample photo” as the staff informed me later, misrepresenting what the actual food might be.
When I tried to talk to the staff of my confusion, instead of listening to me the guy says to me “it’s your fault you can’t read (the menu). Pay for another order if you want”. Cherry on top is that they take tips in advance, leaving you to pay in regrets along the way.
Well, I can write, and I hope you can and do read this, the way your arrogant staff expects from customers. It was insulting and infuriating to deal with the staff. Both the cold food served and the experience, left a bitter taste. Not worth the money, never plan to...
