Sushi Pro the hot chick on the block! Overall experience, food was great. and restaurant will continue to improve and establish a name in the South Bay sushi world. As you walk in, you're greeted by friendly staff members. Restaurant opens at 5pm for dinner and we had no issues at 5:30 on a Friday night. QR code on the side of the table and must order through your phone. We opted for the 9 piece Omakase and Monster roll. Overall, the food was delicious and many of the nigiri had us wanting more. Was it worth the social media hype? I believe it delivered.

Few things that i believe would turn this experience into the lovely 5 stars. They are currently working on their liquor license. Not a big deal to the mass, the kitchen vent fan is quite loud and that's where the loud music comes in to mask the noise. The fan is reduced/replaced, the music volume lowers, and now you have a perfect date night or group catching up with each other. We were excited to see hamachi kama on the menu but on a Friday night at 5:30 it was not available. Our server brought out our Omakase but did not go over what each nigiri was. We ended up asking our server who went in the back to come back out to explain it to us. Only to explain that the omakase changes based on what they had for the day. Some days would have wagyu and some ama ebi. But we were not told what we were having today. I believe this action alone, will increase their brand image much more.

Sushi Pro has been open for 3 months. I will definitely be coming back and trying their special rolls and other items on the menu. Keep at...

Long overdue review of our newest sushi spot. Our family has been going to the same sushi restaurant for more than a decade. That spot had a full house one night and the kiddos couldn't wait for a table. They were starving and are unforgivingly picky. Not a good combination when you're searching for a good sushi spot that can appease both choosy children and grandparents.

Any exploration of a different spot had previously left us disappointed so we came to Sushi Pro with low expectations. Lo and behold, everybody was happy?! The grandparents loved it (appetizers and donburis), the kids kept asking for more (ikura, chawanmushi, and chicken karage), my equally picky husband finished everything he ordered (omakase, JT Special Hand Roll). I enjoyed everything. The fried squid appetizer and omakase are my favorite. Top it all off, the service is superb. We had A large party with 3 kids under 6 and the staff constantly checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. I liked Sushi Pro so much that I came back that week for a lunch meeting. Ms. Van, the manager remembered me and even asked how my kids were doing and whether they enjoyed the food. We came here by chance and keepcoming back because of the good food and great service provided by Van and her team.

I am thrilled to have one more option and two...

Came here yesterday for lunch and I expect this place to really pop off soon. Getting a table was easy. Menus are QR coded so I asked for a physical menu. The server gave me an iPad for the menu with pictures and # of times an item has been ordered so it seems they listened to their previous reviews about poor cell service inside.

We ordered the Fireworks Roll and Chirashi Deluxe.

I fully anticipate this spot to become a restaurant that's always crowded with a wait as soon as word gets out more. Their fish is so fresh and tasty! We were blown away. High quality food and wonderful service. Staff were always coming around, checking on us, taking away finished plates, and overall being super friendly. Inside is cute, making this place a great date option. Awesome, reasonable prices too, especially for the Bay Area. We left feeling full and very satisfied.

I'd love to come back ASAP and try their omakase. 100% recommending this to all my friends. Go visit here before they without a doubt get super popular! The signs for soft opening are still up but the experience was smooth and...
