After I ordered a burger and fried zucchini, I walked over to a single person table in the back of the restaurant. As I attempted to sit down, I placed the food on the table and used my hand to scoot into the booth. The table was not secured, in fact, it was very wobbly. It tipped over, causing me to slightly loose my balance, slamming me into the booth, and my food straight to the floor. My food went everywhere! I then quickly scrambled around trying to pick up all of the pieces to dispose of them, but not before I went to one of the staff members to explain what happened. The woman just stood there looking at me without saying a word. She even looked about the nearby area as if she were looking for an eye witness who could verify my claim. At first I thought she didn't understand what I was saying, so I reenacted the entire situation as best as I could without injuring myself again. The woman continued to just stand there staring at me, and said nothing. It was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I've ever had. Bottom line is... First, man taking order seemed very impatient and he was hard to understand. It's like he was rolling his eyes as we were asking questions and ordering. Then of course they got our order wrong. It's worse when you get home and find out one of your kids big and expensive burgers are missing. They even wrapped burgers with the wrong wrapper making distribution more difficult. Since it was 2 miles close by i drove back to complain and get my missing burger and i asked to at least upgrade me to a combo with that missing burger since i had to spend my time, gas, and stress over their error and manager says "we don't give away food" and to call the owner at the number on the receipt if I want a refund. So I call the owner to tell him what an unfriendly business he owned and it went straight to a fax machine. What's up with all the Carl's Jrs in San Jose??!! The one on Coleman is the same or worse!! Read moreI am giving 1 start because, the lady and guy was making sandwiches while I was waiting for mines, I was looking the whole time, they spilled something and the guy helped pick it up with the gloves and continued grabbing the food, how nasty! the woman grabbed the mop with the gloves she had, and cleaned up the floor, then she took the mop back and continued making the sandwiches with the same gloves! I was so gross out! So unsanitary & unsatisfied it was starting to be my favorite place, now I can even go anymore that's in my memory, knowingly she made my sanwich like that with those dirty gloves and other people's. I didn't say nothing cause I didn't want to make a big deal there, but I am saying something here, so managers please step up the game, and don't let them do this, let them know they need to change gloves as soon as the touch any other surfaces that it's not the sandwiches...
