Starbucks — Restaurant in San Jose

I got yelled at by another car today, to get in line. Lol. When I go to this Starbucks all the time and there is never a right line or some days even 3 different lines, so I ask if there is a line at the speaker then the girl replies to me that there is a line and fine that's ok, but my ISSUE WAS SHE Replied to me in an annoyed tone like I was a jerk in this whole situation and not trying to be in line or something, first of all I didn't cut in front of anyone I waited my turn, it wasn't even each line each turn, I know who was ahead of me in the other line and let them all go first, this was how it was always set up when I get Starbucks and not just this location, and never an issue, plus I didn't make these rules. She was telling me how corporations want them to form a line something on your right side, but Okay I don't work for Starbucks and how do I know what corporations want if that's the case, get some sign, paint some line, or get some cones so people know, before there a fight in the parking lot over what is the right line and don't even know who's in the wrong or right, because apparently people get road rage over a line. It doesn't even matter to me, people can go ahead of me but don't come at me like I'm in the wrong when there are no instructions and I just do what I see people do and have been doing it with no issues, every other day people just adult about it and pay attention and know when it's there turn then today someone road rage...

They mess up your order A LOT! They have a lot of people there and they seem to get in each others way, looks very inefficient. Today for example, I was watching the woman make the drinks. She had headphones on because she was taking drive-thru orders, she was also making three drinks at the same time and talking to one of her coworkers. I should have known my drink was going to get screwed up, but I didn't taste it until I got to work and it was wrong, UGH. For any of you people out there who like to cash out gift cards that are $10 or less go to this location here because they are the nicest people who do not break the laws of this great state California civil code 1749.5 where most locations will say we don't have enough cash in the cash register or our corporate office limits as to what those are all lies their corporate office will let you do as many as you have that's what the safe is for but now today Saturday was the greatest time I've had at Starbucks not only do they Cash Out 24 cards for me totaling $240 in cash I was given a complimentary drink five stars...
