I came today to observe how they discriminated my little daughter, and possibly other kids on the grow as well.
My daughter ordered a burrito bowl, and they only gave her literally half of the portion. When I asked the staff why they only gave her that little, the staff was just pretended not to hear what I was asking, and just asked my daughter if she wanted any thing else. Fine, I let it proceeded to the checkout and I asked the server AND the cashier again, why they gave the kid just half of the bowl while she is paying for the full amount of the adult meal? They acted like they didn't understand my question although I explained that twice. I couldn't accept that attitude, so I asked them to open the bowl show they could see how much food they were selling to my daughter, compared to what they were preparing to other customers. Clearly, NOT even a half of the portion. I asked them to correct that, and they were not very happy - very reluctant to be precise - to correct that.
This is not the first time they did that to my daughter thought. I don't know how much benefits that Chipotle or this particular store would make from doing this, but here are what I am teaching my daughter today:
This is a clear example of discrimination. The store, and the staff are discriminating a kid.
This is clearly a cheating when they collect full amount but only give a small portion of the good customers were supposed to have, and even worst, very bad cheating because they do that to a kid.
Kids might have feel embarrassed to asked for (I guess Chipotle knew that, hence they kept doing that several times to my kid), but I clearly explained to my daughter that there is nothing wrong to stand up for their rights. It's not begging for food. You are buying an adult meal for a reason, and you should have what you paid for.
While I have tried to support local businesses especially during the pandemic, I will ask my daughter to choose a different option next time she asks for Chipotle.
We could accept other problems that this Chipotle did to us before, like always delay and sometime even lost our online orders, but cheating and discrimination on kid are not acceptable. You can't blame it's because of...

I understand 5 maybe, even 10 minutes, which in itself sould be too long. We arrived at around 12:50 fully expecting my order to be ready . It was not. My wife waited outside for about 10 minutes and walked inside to see what was going on with our order and was told she could not come in and to wait outside. My wife had to go inside again and check what the heck happened to our order just to find out that they ...wait for it....have not started on our food yet !! No excuse, or "reason" for the delay was given. They asked my wife to wait, while one poor girl, who was delivering the food outside, getting the chips and doing the register would go in the back and make our food. It was at this time, she informed us that they were out of sofritos but could go in the back and get some more !? To reiterate, what a joke. I could have just walked in, waited in line like everybody else and probably got my food in 10 to 15 minutes!! Why on Earth would you put an estimated time for completion from your app. that was so far off the mark?
What a ridiculous display of manpower and technology. Most all of us have other things to do in our day than wait around ( almost 40 minutes) for food that we already paid for. After all this, we just asked for a refund and we're told we could wait up to two weeks for it. We wanted to speak to the manager but she was conveniently persona non grata. Then on top of everything else they send me a link for a review, which I gladly filled out. Amazingly, after clicking the one star button, ( would have done negative stars if available) and filling out everything else it asked for, it would not send. I attempted again with another device, but nope. Strange, somehow I wonder if I was giving a 5-star rating if it would have gone through?
AND Please don't blame covid-19, you've had almost a year to get this right. Incompetent, pitiful and sad. GO AT...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is the third and final time Iām ever coming to this chipotle location. Iāve tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but somehow every time I come here itās worse than the last. My friend and I waited in line for close to 30 minutes. The line was throughout the entire place, no exaggeration. The guy in front of us in line left shortly after we got there. There was one guy in the front taking care of orders I actually felt bad for until I saw how painfully slow he was working. There was absolutely no sense of urgency in the slightest, all while looking like he wanted to blow his brains out. & after every order heād go in the back for a few minutes and walk back out with nothing? leaving the front unattended with nobody for minutes while thereās at least 10+ in line. Every three or so orders a woman would come out from the back and āhelpā by running the register for a single order then go disappear in the back again. Seriously? When we finally were able to order and had finished ordering, the woman came out from the back again to check us out and tried charging us $36 for a veggie bowl and chicken burrito. (I wouldāve gotten a lemonade but all their lemonades were empty of course) I told her that couldnāt be right. She fixed it and charged us the correct price. Finally after everything, we sat outside to eat. (Also as soon as we sat down, a family we saw in line earlier walked out w nothing visibly annoyed) My friends burrito was fine I believe, but after just a couple bites of my veggie bowl I bit into a huge piece of steak IN MY VEGGIE BOWL. Being a vegetarian this absolutely appalling and unacceptable. I wouldāve normally gone in and gotten a new bowl, but I had completely lost my appetite and didnāt feel like waiting another 30 minutes for something I just ordered that was wrong. I wouldāve actually rather eaten the piece of steak than subject myself to that mystery for another second. I threw it away and we swore to never come...
