Crumbl — Restaurant in San Jose

This is a nice store; it’s new, clean and staff are very nice, however, I’m against these products when the lowest calorie content of ONE cookie is 800 calories! It’s unacceptable to eat such outrageous calories. The cookies are extremely expensive and so unhealthy. You might as well eat a McDonald’s Sausage Egg McMuffin; it’s half the calories of ONE cookie. We don’t need stores like this. It’s so very bad for your weight. I would never eat one of these cookies for any reason and I’m very disappointed they are here. Make your own cookies; I’m sure they will be much healthier. Check the calorie content before you eat one of these extremely high-calorie cookies. Some are over 1,000 calories. One cookie is almost your whole day’s worth of calories. Let’s please get healthier stores...

For the most part, this store usually does well. Occasionally you have a set an employees that don’t care. I’ve come in and had been just standing there waiting to be acknowledged or something. My name was top of the list and they had helped two people before I had to wave them down. I usually take a peek at the cookies before I leave, but this time I was in a bit of a hurry so I checked while in the car. I should’ve taken them back. The frosting was half piped, air bubbles throughout. You can tell they were using the end of the piping bag. Other than that, it’s decent. Love the smell when I walk in. First order at this location. Taste of cookies is fine, super sweet per usual. Customer service is what granted the two stars for this location. There was 6 people working the floor when I walked in, none greeted me or asked me what I needed. I waited like 10 minutes until someone that was on the floor asked me my name for my order. This is not the type of experience/vibe I like when walking into a location so I will only be going to pickup my free reward and not purchasing at this...
