Jamba — Restaurant in San Jose

Don't come here. Horrible wait times. Manager failed at his/her job of hiring the right people or properly training them. Kudos to the one big black gentlemen that came in and actually started to make the drinks to move things along.

I saw Mike (the other yelper) when I walked into this Jamba Juice and he was still waiting for his drink when I left and yes, we waited over 30 mins for our drink so he's been waiting longer than 30 mins.

My drink, after 30 mins of waiting was the wrong drink. Berry Lime Sublime looked like a Strawberries Wild. Wasn't going to bother waiting another 30mins to have them figure out what to do.

I had a $5 smoothie coupon on my Jamba App so I tried to use it. The worker said it's on my account, but he doesn't know how to apply it. The supervisor comes over and tells me I already used it before. No, I didn't use it. My app and your screen is showing the offer on my account. The worker at the cash register was more concerned about going on break.

Manager should properly train his/her workers. Everyone was just hiding in the back. Washing blender cups and lids. Stacking Blenders then unstacking them? Doing anything but, making the drinks. Replacing a few bad workers would unclog the bottlenecks.

please stop chewing gum with your mouth open while making the drinks.

I hated almost everything about this Jamba Juice. Faster to drive to a different location than ordering...

Service was good. Employee was very nice and the drink was fantastic. But that does not make up for the fact that I ordered a large and basically gave me a med. UPDATE The inside of the Business looks nice and has a few call to order signs. I asked if they had a strawberry banana drink? The girl behind the counter said they have 3 different ones so I picked the one I thought I might like. The taste was good but I honestly could not taste the banana “I would think when you order a strawberry banana drink it would taste like strawberry and bananas” but I digress. Wifey ordered a matcha green tea smoothie, she let me have a few slurps. I got to say that one was pretty darn good. The employees were all business and honestly did not look like they were having fun even though there was only one other person ordering. The drinks were made quickly “so quickly that I swear they had them ready before we even ordered them, like they could read our minds as we walked in the door” all kidding aside they were super efficient in making our drinks. Shannon do your job as manager and actually care enough to respond to patrons who experience something like mold in their food!! Here to give kuddos to John (previous manager ) and his staff I think they do a great job with making sure you are acknowledged and appreciated for choosing Jamba as opposed to all the other options in El Paseo. Recently I’ve been there twice with what looked like new employees. No “welcome in!” Greeting which was sad 😌 Also both drinks both times were just not made correctly… I order them both often and have for over a decade. The reason for the 3 stars is because my last visit last Friday- I got one of my favorite bites tomato twist and already half way into it found fresh freezer mold. Completely beside myself. I got an email regarding my second last visit because I said the drink did not taste the same from a Shannon— I emailed her back about the mold, but still haven’t heard anything. CHECK YOUR FOOD.
