Grabbed a sausage croissant sandwich before my 545 am boarding time near gate 4 @ Mineta International Airport. One guy was taking orders, the other was preparing the food. It took about 10 minutes, which I didn’t mind... until I walked back to my gate with my order. The croissant was fully burnt—not toasted, not “extra crispy,” just straight up scorched.
Thing is, I actually heard the oven timer ring while I was waiting, but the guy didn’t check it. Just kept going like nothing happened. I had to turn around and return it, which is the last thing you want to do in an airport. Why would he even serve it, knowing it's burnt?! Obviously he didn't care. If the sandwich was made right the first time, he wouldn't be forced to do it again for the same customer. Also, I wouldn’t have been inconvenienced to return to repeat the whole process!
I asked for my money back so far no refund on my credit card.
Poor customer service, lack of accountability and pride of doing something right the first time!

Read moreThis dunkins does not use the dunkins app. They would not honor dunkins prices and would not let me pay us8ng the app. The cost was 9 dollars more than my local dukins. They did not even have fee donut wed. I was very disapointed to pay more and get less while trapped behind airport secutity.
Also no seating is avlible at this location.
There was a very lo g line and the app order to go feature is unavlible here. With the line of like 15 people I would think it would move faster if they allowed the app use.
Dunkins should put a sign uo if they allow locations to not...
Read moreThis is inside terminal A if the airport on the top level. The guy that was there on Sunday morning on June 8th around 9AM was super friendly and on top of it. Normally this Dunkin is super congested but this guy had the line running fast and smooth. He forgot part of my order so i was just standing there and he went out of his way to ask if he had forgotten something. I have NEVER had someone do that at any other establishment.
