Kona Island Coffee is a hidden gem!

I stopped by Kona Island Coffee and was blown away! I had the coconut matcha and absolutely loved it—creamy, flavorful, and perfectly refreshing. I also tried one of their crepes with Nutella, strawberry, banana, and coconut whipped cream… pure heaven in every bite! The ingredients were fresh, and the coconut whip was such a unique, delicious touch.

To top it all off, the owners are incredibly sweet and welcoming. You can really feel the love they put into their place. Can’t wait...

I am new to the Bay Area and have been slowly looking for more staple coffee places to add to my list. This is one of them! Kona Island Coffee has a variety of different drink options, catering to a wide range of palettes. My personal favorite is the hilo latte (pictured on the right) which combines slightly sweet ube and coconut with espresso and milk to make the perfect drink that is not overly sweet.
