Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in San Jose

I love me some Mountain Mike's Pizza. Favorites are the Everest and Pikes Peak. We are regulars at thte restaurant but after tonight, they may have lost our business. Between the 8 of us, we spent $125 on 3 medium pizzas and bottles of water. For sure you gotta was down your pizza and they only offer bottled water and sodas. The fountain machine has been out of order for well over 1 year now. Looks to be that this owner of this pizza shop is taking all he can from his guest. I tried to buy a two liter and was told, it's only for togo sales and he wouldn't sell it to he cause we were dining in. So we all bought bottled waters and 3 cups of ranch fur $4. After our pizza was made and ready to eat, the guy told us we could not eat inside the restaurant. Never has that been told to us. We've always eaten inside. We feel it was because we were 8 people and he didn't want to clean. So we tailgated outside the restaurant and 5 minutes later, a guy walks in and ordered pizza. He was able to get his pizza and eat inside. I'm not sounding racial or anything but, 8 people if white and Latin origin are told to leave but the guy who is from India was allowed to stay and eat. I walked in to get another drink and the man eating inside said, may I have ranch, the worker said how many and he said 4. Gave them to him for free. Then the guys 2 friends show up and the 3 are eating inside while my group was told we couldn't dine in. So owner/manager, what do you say about this racial discrimination and wecaldo feel we were over charged for our food and drinks. When will you be offering fountain drinks. I'm writing Mountain Mike's corporation about your restaurant and it's workers practices. Maybe you'll end up losing your franchise rights for this. I'm also filing discrimination charges with the city, county and state so they review your license renewal. What a shame you have going on there! Yih should be ashamed of...

This place's phone service is a piece of CRAP!! My Fiance JUST called and made an order and in the middle of his order the female that answered hung up. Right after I call back on my finances phone and I complain and tell the guy who answered that I wanted to cancel my order and that the woman that answered was rude. 30 minutes later I get a knock on the door and the pizza guy is here. I told him I had called and canceled my order and he gets really upset with me. So...AGAIN, I call back from my phone and just complain. A man who understands NO English answers and I explain the situation TWICE. Then after starting to repeat myself for the 3rd time he puts the SAME guy on the phone I spoke to, to cancel my order who THEN tells me I never cancelled my order. Then I tell him my fiance and sister were standing right here when I cancelled. He then asks what number I called from and I remind him. Then he tells me he doesn't remember what he told me and that I should have cancelled order with the rude female. Pissed right about now. I tell him how I love coming to this location. Sad to say I have family pizza nights here with my kids but after all this BULL...My family is no longer ordering from here EVER again. If I could give you a negative 5 stars for your horrific service I would be more...

Will Never Ever Go To This One Certain Place Again. They Handled Our Situation So Unprofessional... We Had Placed Our Order, Filled Up Our Cups With Soda, Sat Down And Then I Took My First Sip (Pepsi) I Thought It Was Just Me That My Taste Bud's Were A Bit Off, But Then My Wife Took Her First Sip (Dr Pepper) And It Was Worst Than Mine. It Had A Strong Mold Taste. I Went Back To The Register To Inform Them, The Manager Came Out, And I Explained The Situation To Him And He Insisted That They Were Ok, Like If It Was Just Me Making Up These Things. I Told Him "Give Me A Cup To Fill And See You Drink It" And All He Did Was Turn Around Went Into The Fridge And Grab A 2 Liter, Put It On The Counter Without Saying Not One Thing, Turned Around And Left. Like 5 minutes Later, I seen Him With A Cup And Tasting The Soda. Now I Wasn't Nor Did I Want My Money Back, It Was Just Made For Him To Realize "Hey, I Should Go And Have Them Cleaned". He Was Really Rude And Unprofessional. And As We Were Pulling Up, We Noticed That There Wasn't Any Cars In The Lot, Walked In And No Customer's Either, Now We Know Why.. My Best Advice For You And Your Health To All, Is DO NOT Eat At This "Mountain Mike's Pizza" On...
