Mountain Mike's REQUIRES you to show the credit card that you paid with online and ID for take out. The person who paid and had me pick up the food on the way to their place did not mention that, probably didn't notice or realize.
He DID give Mountain Mike's my full name and I DID show my ID. The first employee repeatedly asked me for the credit card that I didn't have then the manager came over and repeatedly asked me for the same credit card that I still didn't have. Asking more than once for something I don't have is absolutely ridiculous.
But the most ridiculous part is when the manager asked me to pay for it again. How would he even ring up a zero amount? He would have had to ring it up again.
He tried refuse to give me the food that was paid for hot and ready. I got so upset, I made a scene and yelled until they gave me the food that was hot, ready, and paid for. I am embarrassed and sorry for making a scene for the one family and couple people that were there trying to enjoy their meals. The whole thing was HUMILIATING and I will never return to Mountain Mike's Pizza.
I don't think this place is going to last much longer because first I accidentally went to the wrong pizza place that was packed and rockin' on a Friday night then I walked into Mountain Mike's Pizza and heard crickets with one family in the corner and couple people at the bar.
Plus you know some people might be okay with picking up their pizza, but not handing over their credit card, but whatever.
It's just too DIFFICULT to get pizza at this place, but mostly it's the way the manager treated me and kept asking for something I didn't have and then trying to charge me for something that was already paid for and his whole attitude! So I will never return to this mean place.

Read moreI walked in with my service dog who is wearing her Service Vest and harness and quickly found a seat while my friends ordered. As usual my dog was behaving , and laying down by my feet out of any patron or employees way . Upon seeing the dog the manager immediately told me I had to remove my dog and she could not come inside. I quickly explained that she is my registered service dog and is allowed to stay with me wherever I go in order to assist me with my disabilities but was still told the dog had to go . I immediately informed him that my service dog needs to stay with me and is allowed to be everywhere I go and then I was asked to show proof of her registration or proof I had a disability requiring a service dog. I quietly explained that that is not needed in the State of California and that it is illegal to ask me of my disability, or anything other than Is this a service dog and to ask what services she performs , again I was met with resistance so I chose to ignore the requests after stating that they would have to remove me or deny a disabled vet to eat there .. in the long run we were left alone and we were aloud to stay and eat . But the lack of training and poor treatment is an...

Good old Mountain Mikes Pizza at this location did a BEAUTIFUL, COMPLETE MAKEOVER and you can tell OWNERSHIP has changed, this place used to be runned down and GHETTO OLD. The flooring was cracked and the carpet smelled sour and like cigarette smoke.
