Palmetto Superfoods - Village Oaks — Restaurant in San Jose

Palmetto Superfoods recently took over a small milk tea shop and it was a huge upgrade. The açaí bowls they offer are actually better than the ones that are sold by Vitality Bowl down the street. They’re both good, but I still think Palmetto Superfoods is better. Their bowls have a good balance of toppings and bases. From a price point, it’s very affordable starting at $8 a bowl. My husband and I love Palmetto so much; we get it 1-2x a week either from the Village Oak location or Santana Row. We love it so much that we started getting 16 oz instead of 12 oz as a meal replacement. I’ve had a couple orders with missing bases at this location before but no big deal as I still enjoyed it. I ordered 2 16oz at Village Oak today and they filled it with a thick layer of granola. Why am I paying extra for a layer of granola that I didn’t ask for? Sad to say I may not be coming back to...

The food is absolutely delicious. We enjoyed two of the bowls. I love the fresh and healthy ingredients! There is a gamet of options between bowls and smoothies, everything to satisfy your taste. Make sure you give yourself some time when ordering in person. We probably waited 20-25 minutes from the time we approached the store until when we received our food. There were several people who had pre-ordered which looks like was a great option to circumvent...
