Panda Express — Restaurant in San Jose

I really love the staff who works there! They are super nice regardless of how tired they are.

You know there are many franchises and you have a choice to go to any one of them and any site locations. I choose to go to this site bc of the front staff.

I love to go to places where they greet me with open arms and smile at me when I smile at them. Yes I am one of those customers who appreciate you- the front staff. And Thank you for remembering me when I come back!!!!

I understand that we all have to work, but we also understand that when we come into a place looking forward to takeout because we don’t have to cook , we appreciate you those who have to deal with us in front and those who have to cook for us in the back.

Thank you, staff cooking fast, trying to get us out of the door and back to our home .

Thanks to the staff who knows that we’re in a hurry, picking up lunch for our spouse or picking up dinner for our family when we don’t want to cook.

The staff who interacts with us are always smiling and always so happy...

Time of visit 9/1/24, 08:00pm You guys need to retrain two at the serving station. Cashier person was okay, but two serving was slowing everything. If I see these two together again I will just walk out

Extremely slow.

I think they are slow in nature. You cant team two slow people together. I've been standing here in line for over 25 minutes had 4 groups in front. Was not busy at all. One person walks away from rice and noodles and 2nd person just stands there, she didn't seem to understand what she's suppose to do. All of them asking same question 5-6 times, " what do you want for side?" repeating what I said makes everything delayed. What's the point of asking ahead when you can't remember after 5 responses

Waited for 10 minutes for my last entry and they mixed up everything. Now when I'm already home I have to eat my family meal with all the same entries. I paid 35 dollars and I'm so disappointed.

UPD: I just gave them the second chance and it got even worse. Half-sized portions this time and the cashier tried to convince me that it was normal. Half-sized (250g big entry) disgusting overcooked shrimps (I paid an extra $4 for that) and half-sized no-beef broccoli beef. Chow mein is also the worst I ever tried at Panda Express: 90% veggies and 10% noodles. If you like Panda Express just drive 2 minutes more to a different one. That particular place will...
