Me and my partner ordered two miso ramens spicy level 3, one had green onions and chashu only and the other had green onion, chashu, and mushrooms. When we got home we noticed we just got noodles and green onion, we called and the cashier offered to fix it so we went back and when we got here we overheard the chef ask the cashier if we only wanted green onion and she said yes so we intercepted and said no and repeated our orders and then the cashier proceeded to say we don’t have mushrooms so I don’t understand why she would just now say we don’t have mushrooms when we repeated the order twice. The miso ramen soup was barely warm, the mozzarella sticks were dry, and the curry had a weird sour taste. As for the chicken katsu--it was dry and tasted like it was fried in oil that's been reused one too many times. Yikes.
