French fry connoisseur here. Always searching for the best dressed fries in the Bay Area. So when my friend asked what I wanted for lunch, this was the answer. I ordered the WTC fries and was super excited about it. Then I took my first bite, the sauce was too heavy (and had the consistency of mayo). The meat was a little too fatty for my preference. I found myself avoiding the toppings and just trying to finish the fries. Super disappointed. My friend had a noodle cup that he said was okay. Service is nice, place could be a little cleaner.

I was really disappointed in this place. I love Korean and Japanese food, but this was totally out of standard, on the wrong side. I had to call out at least three times for someone to come take my order. Or at least to discuss how to order. There was no discernible Fried kimchi in the Tonkatsu Ramen bowl, for which I paid extra. I asked for no corn, but corn was prominent in the bowl. What if I had allergies? They just don’t seem to care. I requested a side order of kimchi, and I knew it was on the menu. But the service person let me know that it was unavailable. The soft boiled egg added for a charge of two dollars was so well cooked. It was blackened into almost the center of the yolk. What is a Korean restaurant without kimchi and a jammy egg for the Ramen? I did enjoy the shared kimchi fries, or maybe they were another kind of fries, but there was no kimchi in them. I might as well have just poured hot water into a supermarket Ramen bowl and eat it at home. It’s not a comfortable place – the chairs were too small for adults, The tables were the height. They should’ve been had the chairs been tall enough for adults. The child with us was at a real disadvantage in this area, because the chair was too short, and the table was much too high. What? I was really hopeful that this place would work out. Because it’s handy to where I live, but unfortunately, I won’t be...

Came here on a Saturday afternoon for lunch and it seems like there's a pokemon stop there because there was a lot of people standing outsdie when I arrived (which I thought was the line) but they all left when I was entering the store. Seems to be more of a hipster spot, but they have lots of options to choose from. You have to pay more for the 5x spicy because it has a ghost pepper and due to my past experience with ghost peppers I decided to just get the 4x tonkatsu ramen. The sweet potato fries are a little plain but I think that's why it comes with the mango sauce Water is on top of a counter that looks like it's a trash can but isn't.

Parking: Spacious parking lot that looks like it's shared with the all you can eat sushi buffet right next door.

Service: Self service place. You choose where you want to sit, order and pick up your food at the window.

Tips: Don't be afraid to try something you wouldn't normally try. All of the food was pretty good.

Return: I would if I was in the area and...

Food was really cheap quality, we don't feel like we got what we paid for. I got the karage curry. The chicken was meager, no flavoring in the batter, not crispy. The curry tasted like it was made on site, but I've had better tasting curry from a box mix. The vegetables were chopped up into the curry, making it lumpy and I was unable to taste them. My husband's ramen noodles were overcooked. The pork was not tender. The spices were just chili oil, and the broth was super salty. The only beverages available were single serve bottles at inflated prices. The restaurant wasn't very clean either. There were suspicious white spots around the vent that looked like something growing, and the room was filled with flies that we had to constantly swat away. All in all, you can find better Japanese food for similar...
